Men's dress suits was way over priced but the shoe store people inside the Macy's was the best service I had im a long time

Not enough workers it Sucks u got to hunt 4 someone to help and then hunt the specific item ur looking 4

Macy's is another store that never lets our families down. Every single time I come there it's always inviting. Macy's never go away. Each department has something for the whole family. Macy's looking good, I visited your store at Westfield fox hills mall today and You have lots of new items that I just adore. Your stores are awesome! Macy's just got Starbucks on the 2nd floor.

If the gentleman behind the perfume counter was allowed to continue my sale I would have given a "5. " I know his name began with a "B" and he was welcoming and was the reason I bought the bottle of perfume. Unfortunately, he handed me off to a rude lady that I would never buy from again! Everyone else seemed pleasant.

I like the store but didn't understand why the dressing rooms were closed when all the other Macy's around LA have them open right now

I got disappointed today at Macy’s Westfield Culver City because I bought 6 jackets online with my credit card two weeks ago and I wanted to return 2 of them at this place with my receipt but the store manager didn’t accept to refund in my credit card and he just gave me store credit. I never come back to this store again and I’m going to share my experience with all my friends and family. I’m so disappointed!

Good service but merchandise seems to be declining in general. Fair prices because of discounts offered.

Workers nice, security guards poorly people stole stuff in front of them.they just mumbled. (This place start like a swap meet)

My husband and I were in Macy’s a few months back, getting earrings for our little girl and a lady named Patricia helped us. The customer service was incredible and she went above and beyond to make sure we were truly satisfied with our purchase. We will definitely be back to see her for our future purchases! Thanks again!

Its seem's that every time we go shopping my daughter and I we spend more time standing in line.macy need to hire more cashiers.

The store is nice, good products, nice staff BUT they do not have gift boxes & that is just the worst. I'm purchasing for a gift, no boxes. They don't even have boxes to buy. This is just ridiculous! They deserve zero stars for not having boxes. In fact I not shopping at Macy's until they have gift boxes

Its a a nice Macys but my rating is for the security guard. Not sure if you followed me in the restroom because you thought i was stealing something but the way you looked at me said you followed me for a different reason. ‍️ i wasnt against it but i was in a hurry hahaha

I bought from on line but it was damaged so I had to exchange it there. The cashier lady did transaction for me wasn't very friendly. She didn't even say thank you. I know everybody has personal life but when it interfere with your work, you are not professional.
