My Macy’s mail order arrived. Incorrect and broken porcelain. My plan was to attach photos but I see that’s not doable here.

I’ve called customer service and that was a joke.

Keep the $62 Macy’s. I spend more than that on cologne in your stores, but no more.

Why do you have to walk for 5 minutes before you find someone to ring you up. And when there is a sign that says 25% DIRECTLY next to the merchandise, why not honor it? The manager “Katrina” should realize that customer satisfaction is more important than a few dollars. Will not be returning.

The prices here absolutely cannot be beaten. Every time Ive gone to Macy’s, I’ve managed to get things for prices that have been deducted threefold due to their generous coupon policy and frequent sales. Will definitely come here again.

Macy's Beverly Center is the best! Had not been there for over a year due to the pandemic! Wow, the store has been reorganized to fulfill the safety protocol of COVID-19 required to protect the customers and their employees. I felt very safe. I am a Dior customer for their make up and skincare. If you want to visit the counter to try and buy their products, make sure you ask for Catherine or Giselle! They are amazing because they are very professional, knowledgeable of the products, and have a great attitude when helping their customers, including myself!

This location has everything at MSRP prices, very few discounts and employees are stuck up. The lenscrafters upstairs is the best tho!

Great consumer service from their jewlery department Army veteran manager! Had a great time, and walked away with a great piece of jewelry.

What has happened to Macys? Thank God we ordered online. The store is a mess. We purchased drinking glasses and pick up was in ladies shoes on a sale day!

I always find quality products i like. However the checkout system is not efficient. They need to look at how target does it.

Great store. A lot of great deals and sale area. First floor cosmetics and shoes theres always employees around and helpful. 2nd floor only bummer is hardly and one and one register open. Everyone is helpful when approached.

Basically all women’s clothes and so on, small small small section for especially cologne. Macy’s men store right on the corner of la Cienega and 3rd is great for men.

Good prices during special sales. Lots of brands and options to choose from. The cashier offered me to apply for a Macy's credit card saying I could get an additional 20% off. I didn't apply for it but she still was nice enough to give the discount on the pants I bought.

I love Macy’s but I could honestly get lost in there the store is so big! Thankfully, the staff there is great and do a really good job of pointing you in the right direction, regardless of what you’re looking for. I had a coupon there and wanted to get a new blender as ours had gotten quite outdated (and LOUD), and I found the perfect one here!

I love the area and all the store has to offer. I am in love with the new children and teen hoodies by Sean John. Speaking of which has a new audio book out called A Damsel In Distress episode 2 and Let Aqua Hydrate Pay Your Tuition both on Audible and ITunes.

Has many sales and high quality items. All store depts.are well stocked and the employees are very nice and helpful. Many stores and a great reputation are part if the Macy's tradition.

Nice in store but when you try to call in multiple times to multiple extensions, nobody bothers to answer. Irritating.

They need more people at the registers, they make it so dificult to just purchase something, i had to walk all over the store to ring me up. YOU NEED MORE EMPLOYEES.

The staff here are so kind. This dress I was buying was missing an inside slip so they worked tirelessly to find me one. When they couldn't locate it, they apologised profusely (whuch they didn't need to) and honoured me with a further discount on my dress. The ladies were so kind - hence why the 5 star rating.
