Macy's, Torrance CA

Only checked out the shoe dept. It's large but not much in conventional styles. Almost everything was outlandish styles for looks & not everyday wearing & prices were steep for those.

Macy’s in Manhattan Beach 90266 is “da bomb” store to shop in. The sales associates were helpful in making my purchases. Great job Macy’s.

Sale prices on big Hotel brand premium bath towels. At about half price they're still not cheap but the luxury and quality is very satisfying to buy at savings.

It seems we have fewer and fewer choices for this type of establishment, so I guess we should be thankful. It's good to be able to see and feel something before you buy it. Prices aren't as bad as might think, but definitely not cheap. It's the mall.

Went to Macy's for some gifts for Christmas and in the fragrance department I had a wonderful saleswoman by the name of Teresa! She was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really made shopping here a pleasure!

Skeleton crew (I guess). Both gentlemen made me feel like I was bothering them. I HATE bad service. Macy's is usually pretty good. Was looking to spend money. I guess they didn't want it.

Been picking up all the new Levi's and getting great deals the last few months despite closures and illness, the stores that ARE open seem to be offering all the deals they can and I'm glad and willing to help them unload product

I was hoping to buy a twin mattress and the associate, Pedro that greeted me seemed robotic as he merely stated that they start at $299 & free delivery is over purchase of $749. Just seemed cut n' dry. Nothing more said. I don't think he really cared. I wouldn't recommend this Macy's for service and knowledge.

I enjoy coming to Macy's, the personnel show genuine care and attention to its customers/shoppers. In specific I like coming to Macy's to smell the men's colognes haha. But all in all great store, prices on some of the items are rather pricey but then again to each their own shopping liking.

I really like the store very much in order but sometimes the coupons offered by the original chain do not accept and if you have a store card you can take a discount but if you do not pay everything without a discount.

The place was looked empty but
As soon as I need assistance there was someone there to give me help a line went quick my purchase was waiting for me customer service opened it up I took a look and it was just what I ordered for my wife.

Beautiful store, great selection of petite designer fashion. Associates very interested in helping you. Talk to them, they want to help you!

Good customer service very friendly, Jenny was very helpful she help me with the right products that my skin needs I will come back again.

A good place to shop, prices are not excellent, not very good.just good. Quality between very good and good.

Fabulous place to buy clothes without feeling like you're getting yourself dirty on the internet

Mens shoes. One person at the register who was very slow. Finally got to me.brought me the shoes i wanted to try then disappeared. Signs every where said 30% off but not when i went to pay.told me i needed coupons. I left.got home and ordered the shoes through Amazon for a better price.had them in 2 days.

It was inconvenience for me I couldn't climb the escalator cuz of a bad knee the elevators was working but it was a very long wait
Customer service was very scarce and the store manager herself was not very friendly didn't say hi to her customers that are spending buca de Niro.

This store is definitely going downhill. Not only were there very few customers, the selection of merchandise was sub-par.

I got a nice set of T-Fal pans and J. A. Henckels steak knives on sale for a really good price.

I love shopping, and if I need clothes or makeup I always go to Macy's. 4 star because of some people who work there, sometimes they aren't doing their job the right way.
