I like the clothes at Macy's but it's like Las Vegas.you can spend lots of money fast and come out wondering where you lost everything.great products! Spend in moderation.

I had a return item and the return Dept went out of there way to make it right. Made me feel like I was a valued customer.

I'm bring s bit on the generous side in giving an "average" rating.the Men's Clothing was somewhat disheveled in several displays.

Very clean nice Macy's very helpful I enjoy the cleanest of a department store and the restrooms are very clean I don't like going to dirty stores you going to spend a good time there spending your money. And when Nature Calls you want to go to a facility that is clean not dirty and smelling like a urinal.
