21 At times Macy’s is a mixed bag in my head, only reason for 3 stars as at the Brea Mall location the store is split.
Like all stores that are a mixture of for the family and house. Men’s section is always so small. Why I get all annoyed and either don’t buy or if I do I wait till it’s cheaper. As if not for me then I’ll keep shopping, yes Men don’t buy as much as Woman but we still shop.
I’m not alone in saying this as this is my and fellow male members of my Family’s experience that is here in the USA and the UK.
Macy’s is a good store just have to pick your shopping time.
Macy's reached my expectations I was looking for a really cute lacy slip for underneath a nice lacy dress and they came through It was in store. I was so pleased I purchased it right away
The girl that initially helped me at the Lancome counter was terrible it seemed to me like she did not want to be there and she walked away and left me standing there so she could help someone else who did not buy anything. So I went to a neighboring counter and the girl there was so nice. She sold me the Lancome Idole perfume that I was asking about. All the time the rude Lancome saleslady was staring at us and I passed by her with my Lancome purchase. I would have giving them 5 stars if it wasn't because of this rude person that Macy's chose to employ.
Sales associate Carmen in the plus size women section was very helpful. She assisted my mom in finding several stores that had the shirt she was looking for, and made her day. Thank you Carmen!
This is a really good place to come shopping their prices is very comparable and the Products are name brands
Staff were polite and friendly but the store was messy. Some areas look like I was in a K mart.
Eveyone was so helpful and there was someone around every time we needed help. We found what we went for and got it all on sale.
Was with my girlfriend, who was doing a little shopping at the time. Some employees need to work just a wee bit on their customer service and mannerisms.
For some reason it always takes a long time to check out. They must scan and rescan barcodes on every item, then apply a new barcode sticker and rescan that too. And they always seem to be understaffed
I always have a great experience with Maria at the Estee Lauder counter. She is always helpful and on top the products I need.
One of my all time favorite department stores. I know it's tough for all outlets now but I sure hope they persevere.
Lot of items just bunched together. Hard to find center things without really looking through stuff. They have a tiny Starbucks in the store which was cool. Register was in middle of Linens and carpets which was weird. Staff slow. It's was Ok
Bought 2 pairs of sandals. They let me use a coupon for 25% off, So I got a great dealon but shoes and free shipping to my house.
The back to school deals are on right now, I love the clothes, but the price on some of them is a bit pricey.

They're always having a sale. I love buying my familys Nikes shoes here. I always get such a great deal!
Great sale prices but very slow at the register. This is a huge reason why so many of the malls and department stores are shutting down. The selection was really good but the store itself is messy and run-down. They have many areas that look like they're extremely outdated so in some ways it's a little sad.
The stores are divided by gender and in different locations in the mall. Go shopping in person instead of on Amazon so these wonderful people can keep their jobs!
The experience was nice the prices were excellent for Tommy Hilfiger 40% off the only thing is the young lady forgot to take the security latch off and we went to another store and the buzzer went off but that's letting me know that if we walked out of the store with the latch on that something wasn't right with Macy's detectors
I always love the perfumes collection at the place. Staff is well aware and knowledgeable of what they are doing. Always helpful
