Macy's, Moreno Valley CA

I was trying to do curbside pickup but no one came out and. When I called they didn't answer. Once I finally went into the store there were 3 associates standing there when I asked if they still did curb side pickup ine lady said yes and asked if I called I told her I did and. Waited 15 min. Then I finally went it. The item was heavy and I have a bad back so I was disappointed.

Not enough registers. Only one cash register for the women's section so cashier could not even call for additional person to help with the line. Was only acknowledged in the beauty area.

Located in the mall. The trashcan sitting next to the stores entrance on the inside of the mall was infested with Flys and maggots and reeked of rotting chicken

Macy's has always been my favorite department store. Always. Until I walked into the Moreno Valley location and the Antioch location. Both of these locations are dreadful! Awful customer service. Everyone STOP giving your money to people whom give poor customer service. Especially at the prices we pay. I was their store as their corporate team walked around and that was the first time that any one asked if I needed assistance. It was a rhetorical question and lacked sincerity. Macy's some of us are Disappointed. We the people deserve BETTER

Customer service is always great.just wish they had more variety of designers in womens clothing.

Love macys.some of the workers are friendly and helpful. Macy's may be pricey but trust me it's worth the money.some employees are pushy and want you to spend more than what u want to spend that's what I dislike about most of them. I only buy cologne or perfume when it comes close to the holidays.

Macy's very poorly staffed. Discount coupons took many restrictions.hard to use. Many items over priced especially brand names. Jewerly have to reserve items for later sale? Not shopper friendly.

Good enough to get stuff that you need, but need more stuff personal. Whe you need help, good luck finding it. No bady araud.

I was helped by a very friendly worker. I needed to return a item she helped with a positive attitude.

The store sometimes seems a little slow. But it is always clean and well-maintained. With helpful and friendly guest services

Lousy service in all departments except fine jewelery. Visited the store 3 times to buy furniture. No employees in this department. Moved on to household.same situation. Ended up buying jewelry. Good helpful lady employee greeted me immediately.
Still need to purchase furniture!

All Macy's have their layouts different. The Moreno Valley Macy's has its backstage area on the second floor. It seemed to offer more than the one in the brea mall. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall good deals if you choose carefully. Pleasant experience. Not very busy even during the holiday shopping season.

Love the clothes! I only gave it 4 stars because twice when trying on clothes the staff cleaned the dressing room and took my clothes and hung them up.

Under staffed, no one to help in several departments. The employees working doing the best they can to cover all surrounding areas. They are loosing money because of this upper management decision.

Its Macy's you should be familiar with the store hopefully, but this location in particular has several issues: Getting assistance is nearly impossible and their on-hand inventory although variety is abundant, the quantities and/or size availability is scarce. The biggest problem (pun intended), I have is that it doesn't have a big & tall section which is a huge issue when you're 6 foot 6 inches, 300 pounds. Impossible to shop for myself but the wife and kids cant get enough.

Macy's, What can I say; MY WIFE LOVES IT! THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN AROUND FOR MANY YEARS. I don't know anyone who doesn't enjoy Shopping from ladys foundations to just browsing the mens department. Something for the entire family.

I love Macy's, but I moved and knew the store in my old area. I am working on learning the one closer to me.

I love to go shopping here for clothes and thank you so much to wendy at the mens department at customer service today she helped us so much to find the right shorts for my brother. Excellent customer service, very helpful, and a very bright person

Not the typical Macy's they are going to self service in shoes kinda like Marshall's its disappointing. It also has macys backstage that's there version of a marshalls

There's a security breached. My card and mom's have been mysteriously used. Thank God for email sending you a message when something is ordered
