Beautiful store, well stocked, friendly service, super sales, well managed. Macy employee merchandise buyers at this store are far superior to msde.buyers at other Macy"s stores closer to my location.

I have never been in a more chaotic, messy Macy's in my life. I'm an avid Macy's shopper but I will never go back to the one at Plaza Bonita. There were more clothes on the floor than on the racks, there was no order to where the clothes were put. Very disappointed with this experience.

Go to the clearance rack for good bargains. If you like THF and CK you will find prices ranging from $15 - $80 for their tops, pants, coats you might even get lucky to find matching suits Bar III also on this rack

Walking into, the stores theft detectors were broken agnes zip tied together and the store looked old, worn down and not well maintained. There also didn't seem well organized.

I only shop at the Mac Counter here and there is never anyone working at that counter. I usually have to wait 15 minutes to be helped.

Marisol (hiring manager/HR) at Macys learn how to do your job as a hiring manager. Do not email people and schedule them for a interviews when the positions have already been filled. Take the time to call back those people who you scheduled for an interview and cancel. Instead of lying saying "ohhh I thought I called someone with the same name". Its called confirming. You are a hiring manager remember. Act like it.

It is very organized! They have sales and reasonable prices for the upcoming holidays on various apparel and home decor. Bought my son multiple Carter outfits at 40%off. Overall satisfied

Was able to find some good deals for my boys. Not everything they needed but happy with my purchase.

I made a purchase on line on their last day of "Friends & Family Discounts"
I did it as I read the title and looked at the pictures that described what I was about to get.
When I picked up my purchase it was totally different from what was beeing published. I'm sorry but to me that's false advertising. The items were a fraction of the size from what was shown on line. The lady at the counter just told me to read the small letters next time before buying. I guess I I didn't read it, but did check all the pictures describing it.
Never again will buy from Macy's on line! It was a total scam.

Great customer service.we had gone to Plaza Bonita.but they didn't have what we were looking for.but the sales associate from Plaza Bonita did call Macy's in Fashion Valley.they didn't have it on the floor.but went to stock room.and we bought 2 Levi brand shirts for our sonThank you Macy's!

I always say that I will not return to this store, but I always ho hoping their customers service will be better. Only one register was open in the entire women's department 1st floor.check out registers have been reduced and the the worst thing is that there are not enough employees at the register nor sales floor. I finally got assistance (me and four other customers) did my return and decided to leave. I will be going to Otay Ranch Macys instead.

Yesterday i went for cosmetics in Lancome department. Only one lady was attending all the other stations. She didn't help me at all. She was in a hurry to go to the next customer. I told her i will come back later because she was too busy. It seems she had no knowledge of Lancome products. I want it to but several items because i am going on vacation. FIRST time i get this type of customer service.
