Macy's, San Diego CA

Went by the Macy's on Sunday. We were looking for some sectional furniture. The store was clean and well supplied with he and sanitizer and wipes. Good selection of quality furniture. As always the staff was friendly and professional. They have closed off the 3rd floor, I suppose that simplifies the cleaning. I hope this store remains open.

Bought two sofas, one side chair and a Beauty Rest Mattress. Scott our sales rep is fantastic. Very knowledgeable and patient. Great experience.

Hard to find anything. NO customer service on the main floor. Customers are not a priority. No carts to load purchases.have to lug everything to the register, go back and shop, lug more items to the register, repeat.
Not an enjoyable experience.

Amazing staff, always ready to help and go above and beyond. Prices are worth the quality and they have sales all the time.

Mattress sales on Now, I got a great new bed set, was getting no help with online as service in these times the wait time was nuts. Called store when they opened Michael was in Bedding, great phone help, I came to store the model I had in my cart on line was After trying them out not for me, to fluffy soft. Michael C. Knows his stuff stayed in my price area! Got the new Mattress I really liked, White glove trade out service. I am a happy man. As Michael said come try them out I did and what I liked was Not what I would have ordered on line. Thank you!

It should be noted that this is only furniture and home goods. It's what I'd expect from those departments.

Found the perfect Mission recliner there and was on sale. Did not know there was this huge Macys furniture store in Mission Valley until I researched for a new chair. Very nice sales person Chris set me up. Had it delivered and was very efficient. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Very happy with my new chair so far.

I like walking through it on the way to the rest of the mall.
This last visit I had a lovely conversation with a sales lady about the china looking like the tea sets of our childhoods.

I wandered into their Last Act section in the home goods department. That's a great area. Check it out.

Cant stand macys I placed an order on line they over charged me by 60$ and it has been over a week waiting to get my money back they stole my money and they dont care about it not only this I order a set of pillows and only one came. There was a mistake on the website that said what I ordered was 2 pillows and not they fixed it so it's only one pillow but at the time I placed my order it said 2 and they will not honor there mistake

Not a great place to shop for dresses! The prices are too high and the quality is low. I would recommend the nearby mall.

Was looking for an indoor mall with typical anchor stores. I've come to believe there isn't such a thing in San Diego as all of these stores are scattered about an outdoor plazas. Macy's seemed rather old but the basic setup

Great selection of items, but finding someone to help you can be difficult. The store used to have bags at the entrance but they seemed to have removed them. We had several items to juggle and leading a visually impaired person made the experience challenging.

Macy's is just another big chain mall anchor store that relies on over pricing similar or same items carried in other stores for much less simply for the prestige of saying or knowing that you purchased it from Macy's. But when they have a sale is when they're the best. You can usually find good quality items at reasonable and sometimes unbeatable prices.

Didn't have exactly what we wanted and then charges $99 that you must pay for delivery. You are not allowed to pickup you selection. Sounds like mail order with Ann extra charge.

There are many good reasons for shopping here, but what I really like about Macy's, specially this store, is that the staff is trained to help you find what you're looking for... But THEN when they ring you up, they help you find the best combination of coupons and discounts to make sure you pay the lowest possible price for that day. Kudos management! I'll be back for more.

Purchased two couches. The staff were wonderful, the couches were ordered in custom colors for not much more, the fabric selections are in huge sheets so you can see how light plays off them, and I got a great price. What is not to love?

Macy's is a standard in American shopping. Different stores have different buyers, so you will find different products available in different locales. The prices are always great, there's usually always a sale. If not today, there will be one in a couple of days that the associates will tell you about.

Very friendly service, and the sales staff is helpful without being overbearing. Big selection, and the sale prices are hard to beat.
