Macy's, Glendale CA

I love Macy's but in women's part clothes are on the floor and no body take care of it

From customer service department received worst service! Hasmik and Talin was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional!

It's a large store, so I cant imagine the potential isn't there. The men's section was in complete disarray, which I'm going to chalk up to the holidays having passed (even though that was nearly a month ago) Still, it was impossible to distinguish what was what, the entire section looked like a clearance aisle that hadnt been paid attention to in far too long. The store seems like it has potential, unfortunately it was a mess during my visit.

Horrible service the store was disaster.
I wanted to buy Dior, nobody was there at the Dior counter. The cloths were on the floor. The floor was dirty. It was a nightmare. So I went to customer service and the guy told me that they have no sales people on the floor.
So I put back all what I wanted to buy and left.
And I don't think that I will waste my time and go there at all.

I went in there looking for christmas presents for my parents and all the employees were super nice!

The macys at Glendale galleria is one of my favorites, this place has a bigger selection of brands.

I would be remiss if I did not share something that occurred today during my retail associate training at this store. During my first day training and while touring the store with one of the stores training executives, I noticed an Apple store bag hanging on the end of a clothing fixture. Mind you, I was following behind this employee who simply walked past the bag. The bag, which in no way resembled trash, appeared to be weighed down. I abruptly stopped bringing attention to the bag. Here is my disappointment, this employee, especially in a role as important as hers, tried to dismiss the bag off as trash. That's bad enough, showing no care for the presentation of the store. When she noticed my look of disapproval at her dismissing the bag, she walking over to the bag, looked inside and found a complete set of Apple, earphone's, an Apple phone and perhaps other accessories. The bag was full. Only then, did she remove the bag saying she'd take it to lost and found. She complimented my observation. We were actually on our way to loss prevention for me to be meet the staff. She even told that employee what i noticed. If the merchandise was actually recovered by the purchaser, my actions alone probably saved them thousands of dollars. Can you imagine being trained by an employee, a principal employee and showing them how to be responsible and extremely helpful. I'm African American and she was not, yet for all the wrong treatment we receive it was me, who saved the day. I'm certain no mention, no thanks from the owner of the items will come my way. How can she face me when I return. It is my expectation that these reviews are read and if I suffer any retaliation or suddenly lose my job, I'll know it was because of this review. I'm a leader, having to follow someone who doesn't know how to properly lead. It's actually quite upsetting.

Alma and April in kids department helped me. Both of them very nice and helpfull. Also Hariet their manager, very active and always ready to help.

My favorite place for clothing and accessories. They have top brands and beautiful merchandise. I change my mind on my purchases a lot so I recommend them for their easy return policy

Emma was the best at Juniors department. Lots of patience, very positive attitude & helpful with every customer:)

I came looking for age appropriate cologne for my teenager and was helped right away by one of the perfume associates. The store was super crowded but I was able to try several samples and be done within 10 - 15 minutes. Macy's is pretty pricey but has really good sales sometimes and the inventory is generally good quality.

Not too bad. Macy's is very expensive, but has many designer brands like Chanel, Coach, and sometimes even Gucci. Their dresses are absolutely stunning, and good quality.
