17First time buying maceys furniture and I am very disappointed because I had requested them to changed the location to deliver my matters and they never did it until I called them back when they said they would take care of it. Now I will be sleeping on the floor for one to two weeks! I am very mad about this because it wasn’t a cheap matters. It was a very expensive matters and to get this type of service is not okay! We bought this matter ahead of time so there wouldn’t be any issue and they made a big issue! Do not go to them.

I'm looking forward to coming back and finding the perfect shoes to match. This Macy's was empty but full of things to purchase. Took me one minute to find an attendant to help me and I was in-and-out thanks Macy's for keeping your place clean during covid and staffed
A modern, well layed out Macys can be found at the Burbank location. The mens store is well thought through with different sections for Calvin Klein, DKNY, Levi's, Alfani, and many more. Selection is large and pricing is quite competitive for a store featuring up to date styles. There is a large island of fragrances to navigate through when crusing through this store. I would not hesitate to shop at this well appointed Macys store.
Very sad to see a once great store decline so far. Would give -4 if I could. Horrible customer service. Associates standing around talking and ignoring customers. Associated didn’t want to be bothered.
It's my birthday month so I am just trying to get my gift but I have to spend $30.worth to get which is okay.i like to shop in macy in burbank.
I went to Mac in Macy's with my wife we wait about 10 minutes no one came to us for help so we ask for help they were keep egnoring us and then they went to help people they come after us this is a super stupid place Mac and Macy's. I'm sorry for my self I west my time to come this cheap stupid place.
Good to be back inside one of my favorite Macy's. Everything was orderly and well laid out although everything had been rearranged from the last time I was there. Not as many of the brands I'm used to buying. Still, wait time to check out was minimal since I was there mid week. Look foward to going back.
Always a great place to shop in Burbank all the staff is very friendly and helpful when i come through and Paula is the best always helpful and nice shes a 10/10 #1 thank you so much hope you read this gracias mucho and also the lovely latina that works in the front by the make up cologne section in the second floor by the entrance shes amazing too always working hard and one of the most beautiful ladies in the whole world they're fire fo sho.
Taline the furniture girl was very rude, my mom purchased a table there. When we told her we wanted to purchase it, she looked surprised like she couldn't believe it. As if we couldn't afford it kinda tone. My mom paid and she didn't even say thank you. When my dad came to pick it up she said "I told you to bring blankets", so that the table wouldn't scratch. She never told me. A nice guy who works there, actually offered a Blanket and even helped my dad out. Taline needs to be more friendly, we felt discriminated

Maybe management will read this and put some money back into Old Orchard and State Street locations. They used to be flag ship locations in the country.
I shopped at the burbank Macy's and they were fantastic! They helped me find the right gift and they wrapped it for me and threw in a extra surprise (mother's day gift) will definitely be back for more gift shopping
No one is helpful here. Most of the time the workers don't want to be bothered. Before the pandemic I tried twice to make an appointment at the brow bar and they told me they had no appointments available. Yet the three young ladies working there were just chatting it up. I thought ok maybe they are on break. When I came back from my mall shopping they were still there just chatting. Didn't look at all busy to me but whatever. I tried again in a random day and they did the same thing all over again. Just terrible.
Excellent service at checkout. Dressing rooms are disaster. There is no air flow. Higher risk during the covid pandemic. In addition, I was with a handicapped individual and they refused to open the handicap stall.

Cosmetic section didn’t return my channel lipstick according to 3 months return policy. There was no manager to talk about the issue with.
I have plenty of reasons not to like Macy's in general! But in particular I went to sunglasses hut at this location and the pair of glasses I wanted had to be ordered, and apparently the store manager was helping me, she promised a ONE DAY shipping which was the reason I ordered with confidence because I was gonna need it for my trip in a few days, I didnt get them until 3-4 days later, while I was waiting for my package contacted them and spoke with the same store manager but was left disappointed
I went to Mac to return my product empties. While I wasn’t greeted or offered assistance, Dani was super nice once I asked for help. She took my back to macs without hesitation, and it went smoothly. They also had both of the lipsticks I wanted in stock so that’s an added bonus. The only thing I’d recommend is them reaching out to customers more.
