Macy's, Visalia CA

My experience today at this location was bad. I was at the register making a purchase and my daughter who is a toddler was with me. She was standing in front of the gum ball machine and right when she turned around to her right side, she bumped her head on the corner of the water holder which sticks outs from the counter, I have attached pictures for reference. By this time I was done paying and I did tell the associate that maybe the water holder shouldnt be there so close to the gum ball machine, which it attracts small children, it can happen to any child. The associate didnt bother saying anything asking to make sure my daughter was ok, nothing at all. Was it maybe because I am hispanic and she is white that she couldnt even bother asking? I ended up returning my purchase right then and there and the manager was there, who also couldnt even bother asking anything, at this point my daughter was still crying and I did examine her head and she does have a bump. Again, nothing was said to me or apologized or did anything about moving the water holder in behalf of the manager why? Because I am hispanic maybe and it didnt matter to them? Poor very poor customer service. I requested cooperates number which the only thing that was given to me was customer service number. I will be waiting for a reply and will reach out to the number given to me.

Bought some cologne today, they were super helpful with the colognes in letting me smell a lot of them. If you need help in finding what you exactly want go check them out. Tons of samples to smell so you leave with something you really want

I was not happy. DISAPPOINTED THEY DIDNT HAVE WHAT MY SON NEEDED in the Men's department. But other than that everything else in the store was fine.

I'll be more than happy to wait in my car for clearanced goodies.but when the lady next to me is also waiting to pick up and has been on hold longer than me, better believe I'll ask for her order number as well.

The prices were good. However when my mom and I went to purchase our items we couldn't find a cashier anywhere. Along with another lady we waited for a cashier for over 10 minutes. Finally Ruby showed up. But really what happened when customers and customer service mattered.

Love this store. Beautiful quality merchandise. Just not enough help. Had to wait quite a while to pay. Courteous & friendly cashier.

My husband got me some goodies and I tell you I love them chanel, La Vie, Lancome and Michael M. Jade cute little thing with wallet inside MACY'S you made my MAN a STAR he's the love of my life but thank you MACY'S and team I'll definitely recommend.

Staff was very polite and helpful I really recommend this store, and they have the best variety of perfumes CHANEL, Gucci, Louis vuitton name it and it was closed time Sunday afternoon and they still attended me well you have to see to believe me go and check it out for you self thank you MACY'S for having wonderful squad working in those departments I'm definitely coming back

It was so better than i thought we got alot of gadgets and kitchen supplies. We found what we need that's why i rated it a 5 star place.

The jewelry department employee ignored mseat the counter and so I said 'Excuse me, can I see something " and the female employee didn't say HI or what can I help you with, and was rude

Surprised they still have a Macey open. Overall still over priced and not worth it. You buy the same products online for a lot cheaper.

The people here at Macy's the ones that I did fine because you couldn't find it hardly anybody there are very rude and unprofessional I went shopping for a wedding gift and they felt bothered in assisting help me locate the item that was on the registry I will never shop here again. Very rude unprofessional workers here at Macy's workers that don't wanna work

I was disappointed at the fragrance section. They no longer have the products out for you to try on! They will give you the little paper for you to smell. I miss the old days when I visited and put on a fragrance that I like on myself and tried it on all day so I could get a feel for it

Excellent customer service. Employee named Jonathan assisted me in finding whatever I needed. Employee was very knowledgeable about where everything in the store was.

Bought a new womens winter jacket. Great customer from the floor associate and the cashier. Store is very clean. Love this store.

They open it 8 and by 10 o'clock the bathrooms need cleaning. They are so into wearing mask and keeping your distance what about cleaning the store! Employees are very nice!

Had a pick up order. Called Macy's several times and their phones would not allow me to go to any department and couldn't speak with anyone. I went in to Macy's and told 3 employees and not one of them said they would check into it. Not only that, it took them 20 minutes just to find out, the item wasn't there.

Finally purchased a cologne today for my husband Xmas gift, the associate who helped me even gave a few samples try very thankful. Women's perfume department not very helpful with samples nor asked to smell any on the paper sticks. I talk to 2 ladies around 10 a.m. They didn't help so don't ask for any samples of perfume. E-mailed headquarters.
