Macy's, Santa Clara CA

Not sure what has happened to Macys. It's dishelved, unorganized, dirty, not enough employees, Verifone signature pads that don't work. Looks worse than a garage sale. They have way over bought, and you can never find the sizes you need

Austin, working at the finish line Macy’s was working so hard and running around just to get us customers the right sizes and styles. I would like for him to get recognized as he was working so hard and still remained extremely kind while dealing with multiple customers at the same time. I think he deserves to be recognized and given some sort of reward for how awesome of an asset he is to Macy’s/finish line

Bargain basement. First, nobody tells you that there are actually 2 Macy stores at the mall. When you are handicapped, you sort of like to keep walking to a minimum. Any little bit of signage would be helpful, but they don't seem to believe in it. So after exploring all 3 floor of the Macys, we were able to find one employee who could tell us, in very broken english, how to get to the "other" Macys on the exact opposite end of the mall. It turns out that plus size womens wear is in the basement, where bare concrete floors, disheveled clothing racks, and "clearance" shelves make you feel oh, so special about being larger than a size 8. Since items are only roughly organized by the few employees, you basically have to search through everything to find something your size.
It felt exactly the same as going into the Dollar store, only less organized.

I am writing this review to thank and compliment a Stylist at this location… Daniel Rodriguez. I live in the Los Angeles area and have been searching for a Mother of the Groom dress. I found one tucked away in the middle of a sales rack at the Macy’s in South Coast Plaza, yet I needed a different size. I called several Macy’s and had a difficult time finding anyone to pick up, and when I did get lucky enough to speak to someone, I was told that it would be close to impossible to find my dress. Finally, I decided to try this location and was lucky enough to have my called directed to Danny! When explaining my situation, he took the style number, asked for the dress description and said that he would go and search for my dress. He works as a Stylist and not in the department where the dress would be, yet he was so kind as to offer to go and search for it! I was very surprised to receive his callback telling me that he found my dress. This may not sound like a huge deal, but when searching for a dress for a special occasion, such as your child’s Wedding, it really is a huge deal. He was such a pleasure to work with over the phone, making me feel like he understood the importance of me locating this dress. Honestly, it’s so rare to find help like this, along with an amazing and kind attitude. I am very thankful! I hope this review gets to his manager because I feel he should be rewarded for going out of his way and doing a remarkable job! He could have easily turned me away mentioning that he is in a completely different department, but instead he made a returning Macy’s customer extremely happy! He is definitely an asset to this Macy’s location…THANK YOU DANNY!

Huge store. But difficult (nearly impossible) to get any help, should you need it (for example, finding a different size dress or asking cost of an item with missing label). Some checkout counters were unmanned leaving a long line at the sole counter on each floor. Coupled with the fact that men's and women's sections are at opposite ends of the mall it is difficult is finish your shopping in a jiffy.

Misleading sale sign.the associates what by this.even in tag indicated 2 for $39.50.we got 2 pcs but associates told as suppose same color.but not indicated in the sign.upset customer not coming back here.

This is a huge Macy’s and is divided in two different parts on two different sides of the mall, you will find everything and anything you need and want.

Best shopping experience.happy to return when in need of birthday gifts or something for myself.

Couldn't find associates to help me in some cosmetics areas.i went to este lauder counter n was ignored so I left.chanel counter was very helpful.mac also ignored me so I left.

Macy's = Quality. Quality =Macy's. Just that simple. Not the cheapest place to spend your hard earned dollars but the sales are awesome and, as I said, the quality you get is the best.

This one is at Valley Fair mall.great location, great choices, great service.
And many other stores and restaurants at the mall. Across the street is Santana Row which also has many stores and restaurants

Bad service, I ordered an Apple Watch he didn’t send me the confirmation number and when I called nobody can’t help me they let me stay in the line for 2h at the moment I writing I’m still in the line.

Not very organized. Left 2 items on hold for an hour, but they were removed from the floor. Manager did a good job. She found it in a different department.

The men's department at this Macy's always comes through. There are plenty of choices and price ranges. The shoe selection is good and the staff is very helpful.

I like Macys clothing selections. My granddaughters liked the unique gifts I'd choose for them as well. It was easy to find a formal gown for my charmingly wonderful wife to compliment my new burgundy colored tux. You pay a little more here. But I save on time and driving around with 1 stop shopping.

I went to get dress pants seeing a how mine mysteriously disappeared on me. They have an overwhelming selection of dress pants. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's just that it takes a while to find what you want. They have some good deals on dress clothes if you take into account the fact that dress clothes are hopelessly overpriced to begin with. They have decent service if you ask an employee where to find something. 4 stars because cashiers are sparse.

Nice and clean store. The sections are easy to get around. Beware that you can't return your items at any register anymore. It's on the main floor now. A few brand counters are always empty in the clothing department and you kind of have to fend for yourself. That is kind of disappointing.

I with my family visited the large shopping mall in Sanfransisco is Macy's Shop.just besides the The Cheesecake Factory. This shopping mall having different products and varieties shops find. Even the well renowned Apple and Microsoft Service Center cum Show Rooms also available.

There are 2 Macy's - one for the men and the another one for women. One might think they'd be side by by side but are really really apart (about 5 to 10 min walk).

Stores are big.
The collection is amazing.
Separate forms boys and girls make it easy to focus.

In general I like this Macy’s in the make up section the employees are always very nice and informative but.down in the bottom in the children’s area the woman who works there has a terrible attitude. Doesn’t even greet you or say hello doesn’t even look at you in the face have a grumpy look in her face like she doesn’t want to be there and doesn’t care to ring you up and doesn’t care to answer your questions it’s just ridiculous if you’re miserable with your job then find another one!
