Macy's, Victorville CA

Expected a good holiday sale. Was disappointed.
This mall only had JCP and Macy's. Sign of the times.

Not bad if you got a fat roll of money to waste.or if you're trying to keep up with all the other well dressed humps. And go ahead feed the flesh of the mindset unless you're pimping real estate and need to be dressed very well. Personally I'll shop at the value village

Daisy at the perfume and cologne was so nice and so helpful and really patient. She help me and my husband find my mom a gift for mother day. Lol we even bought some for ourselves.if you want great customer service ask for Daisy.

They no longer have quality in their products
no variety, I couldn't find men's white shirts or pants.

Macy's always has the best sales great discount prices on name brand items for men, The staff always goes out of their way to please you.

Someone asked a question, Has Macy's changed? Well just let me tell you, I was in there today with my husband. And what we saw was horrifying And never should be! High desert Macy store was terrible it looked like it's been in a hurricane Clothing all on the floor Clothing on the display tables disheveled. Shoes are on the floor disheveled, food crumbs on the carpet. What in the heck is going on with Macy's high desert! When you go into Macy's you are to feel important feel like You have all the money to spend You feel high class, But today that was not the case Not only were their clothes unfolded all over the place shoes dishuffled on the floor crumbs on the carpet. We looked at associates in different departments standing around staring at the space or talking to one another like their store was not in chaos! Don't know about you, but when I go to Macy's I expect more I expect more I expect a clean high end store I expect to feel important. How dare you charge the prices that you do and your store looks like a second hand store when you go into the high desert Macy's. I don't know if it's the management Or what but Macy's you need to get yourself together I am not going to go into a store Where I have to walk over clothing items Sort through Clothing items to see what I want it was such a mess you couldn't even tell what was in the store. I'm so ashamed and I don't even work there! So Macy's corporation/management if you don't give a darn about your store no one else will Straightened up or closed the doors.

Disappointing experience. Products target the kids shopping. That is the bottom line for this store now. Not happy with my shopping.

Took my daughter prom dress shopping a few days ago, found everything she needed for a reasonable price. Would of given 5 stars but for a long day of shopping having to carry everything, they have no shopping carts or totes, and nowhere to sit besides dressing rooms.

Not a fan of Macy. I went because my wife had a gift card. She kept looking in the sale racks cause everything is over priced unless it's on sale and even then, some are still over priced. Too much of the clothes are geared toward thin people. My wife found a few items. I looked just to see what they had for men and I couldn't find any that would fit me well. The non-clothes items are over priced too, even when on sale. They're cheaper at other stores.

They had a DJ playing loud music but didn't turn off the other music. Store staff was helpful.

Employees refused to help and seemed more interested in gossiping behind counter then replying to simple question of where I could find more of a certain item. Waited patiently in line to ask and was still regarded with a back and forth on who would cash me out. I made it easy choice on them by just leaving items at register

I tried calling and had to call several times in order to get a customer service representative to answer questions for department inquiry.

I was looking for Wrangler jeans they didn't carry any I was with my girlfriend looking for perfume she didn't find what she wanted either

So. I visited this Macy's on Christmas Eve and it was really not in good condition. The store was trashed and there were only maybe 5 checkout locations!

A lot of clothing here seems like they bought it at the Goodwill and brought it here to resell it. Sad.
