Macy's, Sherman Oaks CA

One of the best Macy’s here in LA they are rated #1 and have the best brands! Love the shopping here and everyone is delightful as always nice to see they are still hanging in there while there is a global pandemic happening

Macy's is a traditional department store in every way. This store is clean, organized and convenient to access. Would highly recommend.

Always a delight to shop at Macy's especially when they have quality items at 60% off. Look for a hundred percent cotton for children look for Quality Goods like Hotel brands and so on. Subpoena sheets Egyptian cotton. Buy less, but by quality and it will last.

Good service, great security and nice selections of clothing. You can find really good deals here year around because it's Macy's. They had a selection of generic lgbtq+ pride items on the lower lever that were over priced I wasn't a fan of on the ground floor near furniture and kitchenware which is always kept well. This three level location is never too over crowded and has plenty of parking and several entrances/exits, making the foot traffic steady.

I had the worse experience in the shoe section the worker Abahid was rude she was no help I asked for a shoe said whatever is out and I told her online it said they had and when she checked she said oh yeah. And walked away! Super rude o really didn’t want to give her that commission she didn’t deserve!

Macy's is usually one of my favorite places to shop. Today, the stock was sparse and there was only one associate for the floor. Not what I am used to.

Very professional and welcoming in person! Phone system is terrible/don’t answer phone calls promptly.

Macys is another department store nothing special they all have a variety of items but none of the Macys actually have the same items go figure

The one reason I'm giving it 3 stars is the fact that the it resembles my job: DIRTY RESTROOMS, People in the store with dogs on a leash that aren't service animals.

I went to three checkstands to pay for some jewelry and the associets told me that they were busy with other customer.

Bricks and mortar retail is on it's way out and in Macys case it is no wonder why with the way they organize their store. Shopping in their stores inside stores concept is a frustrating experience. Then with the predatory practices of their sales people. I literally had to tell a sales person to "f" off she was such a bother.

This Macy's in Sherman oaks is getting worst everyday, not much selection left if you are looking high end clothing.

You're on your own here. I was shopping for formal dresses. Nobody asked to help me. I looked around for at least 30 minutes in different areas, still no help. Quality of clothes- not great. Did not buy anything.

The managerial staff here is inept and desperately in need of a major revaluation. Very disappointing

Love shopping here, everyone is so helpful and friendly. They have a great perfume selection and the sales lady was very helpful in finding a gift box when I purchased a perfume.

I normally don't shop in department stores. But I was passing through Macy's on the way to the parking lot and noticed they had a 70% off sale. They had a huge selection of cool Menswear at very reasonable prices. So the lesson I learned is to always check if you're nearby and see if they have a great sale!

Always check online pricing and inventory before you go. They don’t display some options in the store, and say that they «don’t have it» until you show availability of item on your phone.

Good quality brands are found here for the most part. However, other retailers have much better prices if you are willing to look harder.

Discounts a little confusing. Clean and pleasant shopping atmosphere. Wide variety of clothing choices. Professional and helpful staff.

Easy free parking, not too busy, lots of stuff in stock and good prices. A lot better than some of the other stores nearby.
