Macy's, San Jose CA

Excellent service and nice stuff with very very low price, I love Macy's my favorite department store.

There is an employee (indian) in jewelry department coughing every where removing the mask and showing watches to a customer. This store is Very messy and clothes department is on-organized. Didn’t feel touching the clothes.

I just love Macy's. They have great staff and quality clothing. And to top it off the pricing is like icing on the cake. Very reasonable and I highly recommend it!

It Took Along Time for One Customer In Front Of Me BUT The Cashier Was So Nice And Friendly I Just Had To Give A Good Rating

Here is a really cranky old man and he was being so rude. And he works as the cashie, and he can speak Spanish and English and that is why I am giving a bad review because I had I bad experience here.

Kinda messy not a lot of helpers is purses, shoes and sunglasses. I went 4 times, 2 of then a woman in the perfume department named I think Julia helped me and was very sweet very helpful and fixed two of the other ladies mistakes giving me the wrong product. She was awesome, very friendly with great customer service! Hope shes there to help me next time!

There was too many costumers and not enough costumer service. I ask twice and clearly may I add for a sample of my tone. And was clearly given something that is 3 shades lighter than me.

It's a bummer that Macy's closes so early now, 8pm. It's hard to make it in during the week because of work.

Macy's is pissed for we look for jeans and they are all way overpriced and they were crappy they all had holes and ripped in them in there selling used jeans for $70 a piece I'll never go there again

Don't really shop for clothes here but I love all the makeup booths and the selection they have on makeup

Customer service here sucks and is very bad alot of there employees are rude especially the women on the first floor that work hand bags department also alot of clothes on the floor especiallly in the kids department.

Customer service is sure not what it use to however they do have a Gentleman that works at the shoe dept that should give lessons on customer service he is great. Again you have to wander the store to look for an open register so not good at this location. Im shocked it's still open

Love this Macy's because there's always parking and it's easy to go in and out without waiting in line for hours! Fast service, good customer service, need more sports appearal. FANTASTIC SALES! I MACY'S!

How can the mall and EVERY OTHER store be open until 9pm and the so called customer service Macys close at 8pm. Get it together Macys. So much inconvenience to your customers.

The fat ugly mexican girl with blonde hair that works in the hand shopping department needs to get fired that women has nothing but attiude and does not care about customer service or customers her name is lisa miranda watch out for her

Well Macy's has excellent service in general, and couldn't receive a bad rating. Because the company chooses a great system to satisfy customers; it is hard to see and notice any flaws, for their company always satisfies my expectations because their service is always consistent and very worthwhile.

Lisa Miranda a rude assistant or i think a manager assistant she has alot of attiude toward customers and doesn't like working her job they should remove her asap she works in the hand bag shopping department

Unfortunately Most Of The Time No One Is Willing To Help With Excepting Payment For The Macy's Credit Card! Also They Need To Find Help Picking Up Clothing Off The Floor!

Pros:
- friendly and helpful associates
- plenty of parking and convenient location
- order online/pick up in store is very efficient + right next to parking entrance
- order online/return in store if needed

Cons:
- disorganized displays (shoes, undergarments, last act) makes it hard to find sizes and styles + leads to unpleasant shopping experience and the atmosphere of a discount store
- it becomes harder and harder to find quality and stylish clothing and shoes at Macy's

I love the fact that I can order online, try it at home, and if I don't like something, I can always take it back to a Macy's and return it.
