Department Store Macy's reviews
14I have been shopping here for many years and have always found a broader range of inventory than in other Macys stores. They have a huge selection of clothing as compared to some stores that seem to cater to various age groups. Here, I find diversity in terms of style and occasion. Parking has always been safe and ample enough for me. If you have to drive to this location from a neighboring town, I feel it is worth it. Plus, there are many other wonderful stores located next to it, so you can accomplish all your shopping in one place. My experience at this Macys is that it was clean, organized, and had friendly staff. I plan to return for years to come.
Macy's in Corte Madera is hands down the most disappointing store and customer service I've ever had! How are they still open? I will never shop at a Macy's again!
Do you long for that old time retail experience, with begrudgingly helpful staff, and the ability to try on clothes you're spending hundreds of dollars on?
I do.
Nice clean store. Helpful staff. Probably more interesting on weekends when the mall gets more visitors.
One of two anchor stores at The Village at Corte Madera, conveniently located on the east side of Hwy 101. Carries all the brand names you're used to finding at Macy's. Service is ok, varies by individual sales clerk. Store is clean and attractive but due for a remodel. Frequent sales provide good value if you're willing to wait or just happen to be shopping at the right time. Parking is free, but construction in the parking lot means you may have to walk a bit during the busiest hours.
NO ONE was at the Origins counter for 30 min, I kept asking diff associates and kept getting passed off to the next, I didnt get my free gift with my purchase, because the lady was not nice and said she had no idea. I think they need a better system for the Origins counter! I would not have made a purchase, if I was not going out of twn.
We were there at 11: am and there was only 1 employee in the cosmetic department. I asked if she could call for help and her answer was I'll be with you in a minute. A few minutes later another person showed up. I know business is slow but you still need people to help the customers that do come to the store. Thankyou
Staff is so rude. My family and I asked a simple question and this lady answered harshly. Her attitude was rude and did not even kindly answer our question. Then she drew her own conclusions about the question she asked us. I understand that it’s holiday season but everyone is tired and busy and it does not call for a harsh and rude attitude. Do not recommend going here.
Limited mens selection. And I do mean limited. It's not a small Macys but not worth the trip for mens clothes.
Plus was cosmetics section had a good selection of gift sets. Minus was that in general may be few staff to attend to customers.
Convenient location, a good spot to run in and get something you need. Store presentation could be better it looks dated.
What happened to the quality apparel? Today in 2018, the store is a 180 degree difference from the good quality at competitive prices back in 2012. Why not just go to Target for that plastic _.
I needed a new watch band and there watch repair department did a great job and was very inexpensive.
Legacy retailer has lost it's edge to upstarts, but delivers dependable essentials as advertised. Regular sale prices and holiday markdowns well worth a look.
