Macy's, Santa Rosa CA

It's Macy's. They always have great clothes, brands I like and stuff. But this one seems a little worked down. I noticed lots of clothes on the floor, I kept trying to find a swimsuit and there was lots of hangers that would say the size I want, but the actual clothing was not there size the hanger said. But with the craziness of everything shutting down in the mall and what not, I do understand.

It was my best experience to shopping via long distance telephone call. The sales lady at women’s impulse Department’s was so efficient found what items I desired to buy and made a shipment to me in two days. I highly recommend to shopping with this store!

Empty, looking like it needs a remodel or that they are getting ready to close. Terrible choice of women's clothes.

Macy's is the best department storeout there if you use your Macy's card and take advantage of sales and coupons you get a great deal

It was so clustered around the counters. There wasnt enough room to walk let alone look at items. The smell of cologne was so overwhelming you tasted it as you faught your way threw.

I went shopping for a new chair, and the salesman was so good he signed me up for a Macy's credit card, and sold me a Leather Recliner, and a Couch. A week later he called and got me an additional discount on my purchase on top of the discount for using their credit card. They delivered them a few weeks later, and we've been enjoying our new furnishings.

They had dress shirts on sale for $20. They were like $75 shirts. And that is without having a Macy's card. I could have saved another 22% if I had a Macy's card or if I'd open one but I was not willing to do that

I have had really good experiences at Macys. Very good customer service, great affordable sale prices.

Too many people not paying attention. Over worked & unstaffed. Prices have gotten higher & quality of the merchandise gone down.

This has to be the best Macys in town. The best selections and more available items than the other. You'll always catch excellent prices around any holiday, so wait for the sales and you wont gi wrong.

Great cashier experience by jr formal wear. But the fitting rooms stunk badly! They did not have enough help to adequately purge and clean fitting rooms and the clothes were piling up.

This store has everything, from men's clothing you wouldn't think of like camouflage suit jackets (I would never wear) though most designers including Macy's personal brand (almost always at the best price) to body wash, deodorant, and colonge, suits. Etc, wemons every thing from dresses to accessories of every size, to thing one would need at home, if your need something and you go to the Santa Rosa plaza to get it start hear you'll be out in no tim
