Macy's, Sacramento CA

Update, I had a great experience my last visit, all the sales associates were helpful, attentive, just plain professional! This is the Macy's to shop at, inventory and sales are great.

Love love love Macy's downtown Sacramento! Haven't been inside there in about 2 years. 2 yes too long! All of the Macy's associates/staff.as always.were friendly, helpful, professional, polite and went above and beyond.thank you downtown Sacramento. Macy's!

One of the few stores left downtown this Macy's has great friendly staff and every department promised by the Macy's brand. The remodel of downtown left a smaller store it feel a bit cramped but still a favorite shopping destination.

Backstage of Macy's is a must for deals like no other. I always walk away with something I love!

The drive from Elk Grove to macy's parking garage on a Saturday at 7pm was a breeze, I needed to return some boots I purchased. The representative at the counter was friendly and quickly processed my return I was in and out in 12 min. Very happy with my quick stop at Macy's.

Took a Christmas gift back to Macy's at the galleria the gift was purchased at Macy's back stage the employee was very rude and told us to take it to the downtown store a failed customer service situation we will never shop at the galleria Macy's again

The nasties Macy's I have been in for a very long time. Horrible selection as well, Even worse customer service. Would have given them zero stars if it had been an option.

Online pickup and return super easy. Staff efficient and pleasant. Very happy with my experience.

I think it's going out of business because it seems like they have very little stock on the floor. It's pretty run down and sad. The one in Arden is probably a better option.

The clerk was knowledgeable about the product, and although it was out of stock, she found it at another Macy's. She offered to have it mailed to us. Now that's good service!

Great place! Went there looking for a shirt I found online, they didn't have it but the man I talked to was great help and very friendly!

They are very nice there. I'm working across the street building a burger joint. Macy's lets me validate my parking ticket it's not giving me any hassle.

Hardly anything on racks is organized by size, making shopping for your size much more annoying.

The food was not fresh the angel hair pasta had no taste. All the food was just not the same as when they opened up

When shopping in a Macy's Store, one should shop in comfort and peace. You know what brand they carry. You shop because of the service, and brands they have. Come to this location to save time and get what you need. If time is plenty, walk outside and have coffee or watch a movie. If not, you are only a block from freeway 5 or just a door from Golden 1. What a way to shop without trying.

Gettin' kind of sad looking for a Macy's, even the main entrances on the street are very, very unassuming.

OTOH, inside is still reasonably well kept, and sales are everywhere.
