Macy's, Sacramento CA

Workers need more knowledge concerning online sales within the store. I had to call customer service and visit the store twice within a hour and a half that's equals out to a waist of time and gas.

Nice store. Be cautious of sales clerks that push you to apply for a credit card. If you say no and mean it, the sales clerk should listen to you, not continue to push.

Rarely shop at Macy's. Great shoes.though. Just cruizen through from parking behind good ol Macy's.

The people at the sunglasses area and the sport shoes area, do not care about customer service, the are saying-that they are not part of the Macy’s so they don’t worry about nothing. I’ll keep going to north room instead, so I don’t have to fight for some respect.

I like this department store. They have very nice clothes for men women and kids. Latest styles. Shoes, jewelry, colones, housewares and more merchandis.great customer service.

Went bra shopping & had to wait 20min before anyone was free. The whole intimate department looked like a bomb went off. Don't even get me started on the dressing rooms! Did have someone help, she was helpful & friendly.

It was awesome until I was in the dressing room and all of a sudden 2 teenage boys walk in. And I thought to myself that there should be someone watching the door to the dressing room. My mom saw it as well and it was like really u should have somebody watch the door to make sure it NEVER happens to any other person or ever again

They were having a sale in the store was pretty messy and it was hard to find the bathroom so I had to go to the men's room it's hard being a bus driver

I had to ask for assistance in the fragrance dept. I was treated like I couldn't afford the cologne. The cashier was sweet to the customer ahead of me once it was my turn her attitude was like ugg. I will never go back to Macys again w/my hard earned money.

Macys was was awesome! The after christmas sale. YES! I found some really cool Jeans regular price $69.00.on sale 75% off $10.00! And their sweater sale with the code Joy anoter amazing deal regular price again $74.00.sale $15.99! Love it!

No great sales in woman's clothes compared to mall competition and local advertisers.
I was really disappointed and I'm cancelling my Macy's card.

Very disappointed; I was looking for men's thermal pants, talked to several employees, not one could direct me to the right place. Spend 40 mins, got dinked around, came home with nothing. Finally one guy told me that they may not be selling that in the store, seek through online huh, ridiculous.

We stuck a shoe sticker on a spa sandal to see if they would scan it to find the mate in the back and he did! We were rolling! I did end up buying two pair of shoes. The guy in the shoe department was a real champ.

I can always find something cute at Macy's. Today was a new interview outfit. Super friendly staff, great brands & good sales prices. Always find my "stand out" outfit here - check it out. Styles for everyone.

Nice SALEs! Sum pretty cool stuff too. I just dont like that their credit card bills comes so late, that you end up being late to pay the bill and thus end up with unnecessary fees

I was there looking to buy some suits for work.looking for 30minutes and no one show up to offer help.finally one lady come ask for assistance after 30minutes.and I say yes I need help finding my size.she told me she be right back.walk off for a hour never return. I was mad so walk off to JC penny.settle for less but got my suit.spend over 900 buck macy have very bad customer service.with.y experience.

Customer service is not great. Lots of sales associates standing around talking and not helping customers. I have it 3 stars because they had a great sale going on. If not for the sale it would have been one star

Store is crowded and a bit chaotic. I buy my Wacoal products here. The department usually has long checkout waits. I also use the Benefit counter for eye brow waxing. Ladies are nice, but definitely make an appointment. For the price I wish it was nicer, cleaner and less busy.

Uncomfortable shopping. Everything is in disarray and the staff are not helpful. It feels like a thrift store with new clothing.
