Macy's, Roseville CA

I was so sad to find that Macy’s was closed for personal reasons but very happy they are doing the right thing. I ran out of my favorite moisturizer but spoke with mall management and got my problem solved another way.

I wear a 6 and 1/2 a wide shoe. They didn't have any at the store at all, and all the ones I tried to order online we're not available online either. They say they have them on the Internet.

Just window shopping and the customer service sales people were pushy and rude.maybe never time I should steal stuff since they treated me like I was anyway.

Wasted my time and couldn’t even honor their own online coupon from Macy’s dot com. This store is lame and I wouldn’t waste my time here again if you are a serious buyer.

We love Macy’s and have shopped here for years. All departments furniture, men’s, women’s & children’s. Have spent lot’s of money at Macy’s!

The store has lots of inventory but not what we needed. Almost to much stuff that you can't see what you are looking for.

Quick stop for all brands and pricing are phenomenal, found what i wanted and they offered some coupons and discounts that made cherry on top of desert. Will visit again

It is a very clean store. Although I find that when I am looking for a specific item this store does not carry it or is out, while online says all the other Macy's in the local area have it. It is still a nice store to browse through.

I'm a little upset because while I wasn't being followed around suspected of being a shoplifter, when I actually needed help I couldn't find any assistance! Honestly I felt a little insulted and very uncomfortable by the loss prevention and customer service providers

My best shopping place in the rosewille or arden mall Macy’s awesome design for man and women in here I find all that I need sport elegant etc 5 star for ever

This store is so unorganized. And where are all the employees? Can I get some help in the shoes department?

Nice place. The salesman would not sell their lecrueste teal teapot that they had on display. On Christmas eve and the only one I could find.

Great Deals but only shop here at Christmas time

I have had a card for over 10 years and because I had not used it in about 6 months they cancelled my account. I was stell shopping and didn't use my card as there was no benefit to use it. Then they refused to issue marriage a new one. I live in an area that no longer has mail delivery and I must use a p.o. Box. They just lost a good loyal customer

A bit messy, but it was black Friday, so that's to be expected! Otherwise great store! Good selection, good size.

Easy parking with the garage up top. Walk right in. Products seam like super department store style. Zara for guys is better.

Poor customer service also the employees don't even know about there own rewards programs sad store would not shop here again the roseville store in the mall I bought YSL perfume

Favorite store to buy great premium clothes, at great prices. I always struggle to find guys clothes that do not fade and shrink. You can always find a discount or coupon online and they always have free shipping on most orders.

Nice as always customer service was wonderful, we bought some new dishes and the young lady that helped us was a delight and extremely helpful.

In experienced cashiers signing customers up for credit cards at checkout causes unreasonable long lines. Hum bug!
