Department Store Macy's reviews
22I bought a new pair of shoes for 50 dollars. I thought they were kinda nice. The employee helping me was also super nice.
Fremont's macys has definitely improved and had nicer clothes. It is still not as good as the macys in Valley fair or palo alto but this time I went I was actually able to find many nice and new designs that I liked
The store is great, but the staff hasn’t been the most helpful. We came out frustrated, thinking we will be online instead
They got some good clearance going on right now worth looking into especially for few early Christmas or birthday gifts 4/14/21
Good store in general, but I spend too much time waiting in lines. The cashiers are extremely slow and there are no kiosks where I could check-out
The men's macys building no longer exist, they a have a very small area for men on the first floor in the woman's macys building, don't bother choices of clothing very limited, the old men building was a 3 story building for men only, know is a joke
The shoe apartment was a completely disaster and there was nobody there to help you! Impossible to find something good in that mess.
The Stanford Macy's Last Act was a mess. Other Macy's have the clothes organized by size and they separate the dresses from the pants and tops.
Everything there is beautiful. I love the dresses especially, the quality, material, and overall designs are amazing. The only thing is that the products overall, are pretty pricey. Just so you know what to expect, always bring $50 or more.
This specific location is ok to hang out around, but I find Macy's in general to be very misleading and dishonest about their price and discounts etc. Go there for the AC, but try to avoid spending any money here.
I was asked to wait for an hour so that I can see the manager regarding a return. When Patrick, the manager arrived, he simply refused to return even though I was told that the manager can do a return.
This watch was a gift to me. Unfortunately I didn’t like it even though it’s an Armani Exchange brand, and all I was asking was to either exchange it with a silver color or give me a gift card or merchandise credit since I don’t want the person to know that the gift has been returned. I don’t understand why Macy’s staff become so obstinate sometimes!
Love, love, love Macy’s. It’s the best store for buy everything, like clothes, bags and sports clothes.
Unfortunately the associates are more concerned with maximizing your spendings, than with improving your shopping experience. The sales associate lied to my face so I would sign up for a store credit card. This is crossing the line, even with low standards. Very disappointing!
Love shopping here online. Prices are good easy to sort by category. Shipping is usually free. And you can return at the store.
Schöner Ort zum Shoppen. Jeder findet hier etwas. Alles übersichtlich. Zum Teil unmotiviertes Personal. Parkplätze vorhanden.
That's Stanford shopping Center what can I tell you just the city it self tells you all about it everything is well done good food lots of shopping stors free parking lots of beautiful people I think all of that put together said it all.
The selection is nice but the dressing rooms aren't clean and it takes awhile to find someone to pay for your items.
Macy's is in trouble, but the Stanford Mall location is not. Very nice retail establishment, outstanding customer service.
Went to Macy's in the Stanford Shopping Center for some cosmetic gifts. Helpful & friendly staff. Prices were not cheap, but were reasonable.
