Bought a super 73 e-bike. Had an issue when I went to pick up the bike. The owner called and offered a solution that was more than fair. And he is a very likable person. David builds a great bike.

They gave us a defunct bike when other bikes were available. He said if we left the bikes out we’d be liable. We called about 15 times. We then had to wait one hour for him to pick up the bikes.

Excellent service, response time, professionalism and quality. We requested special bikes for our wedding and Mad Dogs & Englishmen were beyond accommodating and kind. Many thanks and would recommend many times over!

It was my first time visiting the Mill Valley location to pick up a bike. Great spot with a relaxing atmosphere to learn about and try out an e bike, have a coffee under the redwood shade, and think about where you want to go. The manager was friendly and helpful getting me rolling on my Trio bike and I look forward to going back for a check up and seeing what’s new at the shop.

Excellent service and very approachable. Came through in a big way, when I needed to rent an e-MTB, they were able to accommodate me and put me into a bike that was perfect to my skill level.

Abysmal experience. I am not being melodramatic to call the owners crooks and thieves. They sold my electric bike as a used product in November.eight full months ago. They have not paid me. They do not return my calls. I've reached out over 20 times and heard nothing but delays and excuses. I've got a small claims court case date in a few weeks simply to force payment. I hate to write negative reviews and hurt small businesses, but this has been an absolutely unfair & infuriating process!

We had a fantastic time on the Mount Tamalpais guided bike tour. The bikes provided were high-end and in excellent condition. The guides went above and beyond ensuring that everyone in our group had fun and got most out of their experience despite very different skill and experience levels in our group. We'd be more than happy to go on another tour with them in the future.

These vintage bikes are sooooooo gorgeous! The staff is knowledgeable and they have an onsite shop for maintenance and tune-ups! Great addition to the community/The Lumber Yard. Their return policy is reasonable (30 days, store credit) and they have a great variety of accessories and products!

You two suckups do realize that not only did the child-free Harkles not even write you their own thank you note; they sent the thing one month later? How many needy children live in Monteshitshow, that you have donated bikes to? This doesn't seem to have promoted your business in any meaningfulv significant ; way;, if that's what you were hoping for, however, you made the call girl quite happy with your gift. Expensive, exclusive ; and out of touch.

Amazing bike shop. Alex and Ben helped us find the perfect electric bike for my wife.

We first rented an electric bike to try out my wife’s new commute (and they made sure the bike was properly setup). They have an easy online process which includes size options (important for short people like us!) Then on hearing we were looking to buy a commuting bike Alex showed his single favorite option for my wife.

We test road 6 other bikes over the next few days but had to conclude that Alex had nailed it. Quality, fit, feel, everything. Ben and Alex then worked really hard to win our custom.

My husband and I have used Mad Dogs & Englishmen at a few of their locations now. Always great service, and a wonderful time.

Rented e-bikes for a half day. We got great directions on an extremely scenic loop to do in the area! We wouldn't have been able to figure it out without their advice.

The half-day rate is very reasonable for how nice the bikes are! Compared to some places in Sausalito, this was the best e-bike rate around.

Was happy to try out e-bikes too - definitely needed on the hills in the Marin headlands. 5 stars for quality, price, and experience!
