Our office, United Citizen Law, ordered food for our weekly staff meeting and we loved it. The meeting was spent raving the food. Great service and just delicious food. Highly recommended.

Tried Madar for the first time tonight and it will DEFINITELY not be the last! The food is AMAZING.

The chicken sandwich is unique and incredibly delicious. The samosa and bolani were also fantastic. Can't wait to try more!

Absolutely love this place! Partner and I ordered from here for take-out on a whim when we were looking for something new. The food is amazing. The portions are big, and are especially worth it considering the low prices you're paying for them. The service was fast (our order was ready in 15 minutes even though it was clear they were busy when we came in to pick up). All of the employees were wearing masks and everyone was appropriately social distancing. The restaurant did offer to bring the food out to the car as well, so we didn't even have to go inside! We got the kebab burger, marsala fries, chicken samosas, and the bolani and every bite of it was wonderful.

Will absolutely be coming back!

Extremely poor customer service, rude, unprofessional, and incompetent employees. For F.sake, I place the order over the phone, but unfortunately waited for a long time inside the restaurant for picking up my orders. OMG! While I was waiting for my orders inside the restaurant one of the employees come to clean the same table where I’m waiting for my orders. So I changed my table, but again she came to clean the table where I’m waiting. So finally I left the restaurant, and waited outside. When I checked the food at home, then that was a wrong order I was handed. This location is a joke, and I feel sorry for them. I won’t recommend this location to friends, and families because of their incompetency.

Extremely unprofessional, rude, and incompetent employees plus poor customer service. They don’t treat customers equally, and if you have an accent, then don’t go there. But unfortunately they don’t understand that all of them got a strong accent, then how can be they criticize others for their accents? Their food is not fresh, and they don’t take orders accurately. I place the order over the phone, but unfortunately upon arriving my order was not ready. So I place the order with them at their restaurant, and waited long time. Finally, my order was ready, but they handed me wrong order, so I called, and fixed the issue. I won’t recommend this location to anyone.

Awesome place! Went in not knowing what I would like, but the owner helped me with the choice and I’ve tried Bolani for the first time and it was amazing. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu!

I wish I could give you more than 5 stars First Time ordered salmon Sandwich, Khan Fries and a bolani it was delicious Thank you for bring Real afghan Street Food to Sacramento and I will come for the rest of the menu for sure.

Came here after seeing this place get really busy. I now see why people come here. The people are friendly, the food is absolutely amazing and It's really easy to find! I have never had a chicken sandwich of this level. Crazy good. The Samosa was super good too! Customer for life!

I go out of my way to get some good grub here! All items are made fresh and are very high quality! I recommend the Krispy Chicken Sandwich!

Can't wait to go back.never had Afghani food and oh man I have been missing out. All good I had was just delicious to the 2 different samosas. To the salmon burgers, the falafel slider, the fries.as I said can't wait to go back. I would have added photos but it smelled soooo good. We scarfed it down before I was able to add any pics. Maybe next time

Madar restaurant is the best place to eat!
I would highly recommend this restaurant to every one and it is a must try one. Very clean place and very professional staffs

The food is so good we had to have it twice this week! Really friendly customer service and pickup as well. We have tried almost every single thing on the menu and nothing disappointed! Even the rice pudding with the cardamom was heavenly and reminded me of my childhood. This place will definitely be on our favorite list.

This place is unbelievable. There Customer Service was amazing. There Food and Menu was 10X Better As well. Officially my favorite go to spot in this area! Will come again for sure
