INCREDIBLE coffee. Espresso flavors are insane. I highly recommend you try this coffee haven out as soon as possible. With the mass invasion of green coffee lady it’s refreshing and welcome to see these detail oriented coffee connoisseurs do their thing.

Stop reading this and go.

I moved to the US from Australia and couldn't find good coffee anywhere until I came to Maddie's Cafe. Great coffee, food and service!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Andrew, the owner is kind generous patient and passionate. We had a chance to chat with him about their coffee and when we got to try it? Oh my god, I've personally never had such good coffee

Will update when I try my bibimbap

Edit:

You can definitely taste the attention and love.

Super tasty food and one of the nicest owners you’ll ever meet! Try their chicken- the meat is so tender! They also have amazing Vietnamese coffee!

The inside was very clean and nice. I was greeted with a smile. I ordered the Caramel Latte. The barista recommended that I try it before I left to make sure the taste and temperature was right. He even offered to adjust it if I wasn't happy with it. I've never been asked to do that before. It was perfect. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

Great place to come get coffee if you're staying at Great Wolf Lodge and don't like Dunkin Donuts. Very short walking distance.

I had the best brown sugar latte here. It's an easy walk from Great Wolf Lodge. I just wish they were open earlier in the morning. I would love to come here for morning coffee. They offer dairy alternatives (almond and oat milk). Seating is limited.

The coffee here was exceptionally great! We stayed nearby on vacation and came here each morning to get our fix. I highly recommend coming here, definitely try the pineapple cookies as well!

The food is amazing and always hits the spot for me. It’s classic Korean food that tastes like home and their drinks are really good too! Although the portions may look small at first glance, they’re deceptively large and really fill you up well.
Be patient with their service times as they are a smaller, local shop; but I promise it’ll be worth it.

This place is a gem! The food is so flavorful and the coffee is amazing. We enjoyed it so much we went for lunch twice in a row when we stayed at Great Wolf Lodge. It’s an easy walk from the hotel.

As a Korean I’m bulgogi-ed out so I usually get the chicken katsu or spicy chicken bowl with spicy cucumbers (a must). I truly appreciate the portion sizes since I’m more like the size of a corn fed American.
Fun fact: Maddie’s is named after a real person; ask the owner!

Food is amazing and delicious but my only issue is that the portions are small and i end up hungry after I finish my food!

If you’re looking for a local, low key café that makes craft caffeinated beverages and made-to-order Asian fusion cuisine, look no further than Maddie's Cafe & Grill in Garden Grove, CA. It's located on the border of Garden Grove/Anaheim resort, right next to Great Wolf Lodge and down the street from Disneyland. I love supporting small business and bonus points because it’s AAPI owned.

WHAT TO KNOW…
-Maddie's is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 3 pm, 5 pm to 8 pm; and Saturday from 8 am to 8 pm.
-They use only the top quality ingredients to craft their drinks, such as ingredients from Be Bright Coffee that Sees' Candies uses. You really can taste the difference. They also get my classic Asian stamp of approval — their drinks are not too sweet! I really enjoyed their ice mocha, but I’m also looking forward to trying their other menu items!
-They have everything from bulgogi beef and chicken, katsu chicken curry, and bibimbap. All items are freshly made and taste amazing. I loved their katsu chicken curry. The fried chicken was light and crispy and the curry was so tasty and paired well with the kimchi. Plus I had enough left over for a second meal because the portions are so generous.
-There is some indoor seating inside now. But all their items are packaged to be takeout friendly.

Overall, the owners and employees are super friendly and genuine, the food is top notch, and their location is central in Orange County. I’ll def be coming back soon.

A quaint location with delicious finger foods, bowls, and drinks. I love the small banana bread and matcha latte. The owner named it after her daughter, so cute. There's a small amount of seating but I've never seen it crazy crowded. A hidden gem. I love that it's all reasonably priced, compared to other tourist traps in the area.
