Madeleine's Bridal Boutique, Clovis CA

I thought I would have to make a trip to LA to find my wedding dress, but on a lark I popped into my local bridal boutique and was blown away by the selection and customer service! They fit me in for an 1.5 hour fitting last minute, and I found a beautiful dress for our special day. My mom even found her dress as well. I'm so pleased we were able to find the perfect dress here locally in Clovis and support a local small business!

The ladies at Madeline’s are some of the most helpful and sweetest people you will ever meet. They were so helpful and patient in helping me find a dress to alterations to picking out jewelry. I can’t express how grateful I am and highly recommend. Also I recommend the hold and press for the dress they gave my dress a bath and steam and she looked so white and sparkly for wedding day.

Absolutely had a wonderful experience here! So much personal attention was given not only to the bride to be, but also us the family and friends. The quality of the dress and quality of service was wonderful!

Maid of Honor perspective: my bride to be had an amazing experience. The owner was really responsive to what she wanted and brought dresses that were in line to her vision. We went to other bridal boutiques and they did not compare to the service we received here. There was no pressure to buy a dress and they really just want you to find the perfect dress regardless if it’s from them or if it’s from another boutique. I recommend any bridal party to at least stop in!

From the very first meeting to dropping off my dress to be cleaned I am very happy and grateful for Sherri and all of her staff. Finding the perfect dress for me was easy with the one on one help from the owner herself. A very personal and close to heart experience! My dress was meant for me and Sherri knew that, my heart was so happy! Everyone in my family loved my dress and the staff here. Amazing shop and I couldn't recommend all future brides here more! Brides, the tux process is also a BREEZE with the amazing hands on help of Sherri! My husband was so thrilled and happy with the service here. Lady was rude went in wanted to buy dress she was just rude and didn't want to help find my size or style. I wanted try a dress on she said she had a client coming in and was rushing us out. It wasn't until I told her that I wanted to buy a dress, she wanted to help. I left. I was so excited about buying my dream dress, but instead, I ended up leaving really upset. Ruin the entire experience. Had horrible day and was hoping cheer us up by buying a dress. Do better. I could go off and been just as rude, but I hope that she sees this and tries to be a little kinder to people.

Last minute wedding dress shopping for my future daughter-in-law. We had 30 minutes to view dresses due to a wine tasting event. Madeline greeted us with open arms. Asked questions about them how they met, when is their wedding day Etc. We had to step out to move our cars before they got towed when we returned Madeline had selected 5 dresses. For some reason we knew one particular dress that was hanging was going to be the one. After her trying on the dresses, she finally put the one dress we loved. And she said Yes to the Dress. We were all happy we did not expected it.we thought we were going to LA to find it. Everyone there was so nice to us. Thank you for your hospitality

I made the mistake of thinking I could find a better dress/price outside of Fresno and Clovis. I spent way too much money, got terrible service, and their alterations person ruined it. I came to Madeline's two months before the wedding, and Sherri was amazing. She listened to what I wanted, went into the back, and came out with the perfect dress. She did everything she could to get it to me quickly, affordably, and with an alterations person who could get it done right, and in time. She even personally steamed it on Thanksgiving Day so that it would be ready for me to leave town with on Friday morning. You will not find a better dress shop or stylist.

Sherri and Jessica are amazing! They really helped me get into a beautiful dress that I fell in love with. Even at a time I was in need, they understood me and my situation. They gave me a good deal and I went home with my dress in hands happier than ever! You guys have tender hearts and I thank you for all the love you guys showed me!

This store and owner is nothing but amazing. When you want an experience this is the store to go too!

Went with a friend to go wedding dress shopping and last minute found this boutique and was not let down. They accepted us as a walk in and stayed open for us to finish our session. If you are looking for the bridal experience while trying dresses for your special day, do not look twice… a definite MUST to get your dress here!

Do yourself a favor and purchase your dress through Madeline’s! Sherri went above and beyond for me from the beginning, starting with the dress fitting. During our appointment we were treated so special! This is the first time I truly felt like a bride. After picking out my dream dress, I found out a couple months later that I was expecting a baby and would need to order a new size dress! Sherri was on it and made sure I got it in plenty of time for alterations. I could not have been happier with the service and would definitely recommend this shop if you want a stress free experience!

Well, I wrote out a review detailing my experience but it was so lengthy due to the atrocities we encountered at this business, I ran out of character limit. This shop was 90% of my wedding stress. I worked with this shop for 14 months, regarding my dress, my groom's suit, my groomsmen's suits, and I tried to order my flower girl dress & ring bearer suit through this shop as well but the owner, Sherri, never got back to me about the flower girl & ring bearer suit, up to the very moment of this publication. I ended up buying them from David's Bridal. Long story short, my dress was incorrectly ordered several sizes too big, even after I questioned it & was reassured. Our suit process started in July, but we didn't actually have everything, in their correct sizes until the day before the wedding, even though it was stated multiple times that we needed everything no later than 2 weeks prior. We were promised dates, which would come & go with zero communication. My husband and I were having to reach out and chase Sherri down, when items would come in, they would be the wrong sizes and have to be reordered. We had one groomsman who lives out of state and she sent him to MULTIPLE shops which were closed, that she allegedly contracts with, one of them being a THREE hour round trip! She told the groomsman he couldn't tell the groom or bride, but of course he told us. She tried to change prices multiple times, and when the men corrected her on it, she decided to make comments on their careers. PLEASE, brides, save yourself the headache & the stress. It was a nightmare & I do not understand how this shop is still in business. We heard from other customers who had weddings the same week we did, that they were having similar issues with this shop. Yes, customers talk when they see each other at the same tailoring shops. I did not even leave my dress to be pressed because I could not trust this shop with it for another second. I paid extra to have it done by someone else who worked quickly to get it back to me. I really hoped that at the end of the day, I was going to have a good experience with this shop & it's owner, Sherri, because they are a local business and we spent SO much money there (all of the groomsmen purchased their suits, not rented). However, it was the opposite, literally up until the day of the wedding because she kept getting things incorrect. Just don't shop here, don't fall for the razzle dazzle at your initial appointment, because I did & it is my biggest regret.
