Madera Automatic Transmission

I got charged by madera automatic transmission to replace a drive shaft center support bearing and they had the nerve to put the wrong part in, there should not be that much space in between!

Car was there for a week just for a fluid change, called twice for update, they said they'd call back, found out my car was ready on day 4 but had to wait 2 extra days because no one called to say it was ready.

The 3 stars are for the technicians, they do excellent work, hands down outstanding, but the office staff are ridiculous.

They said I needed a transmission all I needed was a adjustment on my tpc cable from carb to transmission easy fix I looked it up on utube they wanted 2000.00dollars long story short they are crucked don't trust them learn from me

I got transmission fixed there, only lasted 8 months, they fixed again with one year warranty, but only went for 3 months.

I have dealt with these people a few times and they always do superb work on transmission i mean they def dont disappoint that is why the shop i work for is willing to travel over an hr to have them do our rebuilt transmissions! The secretary in office is sweet and friendly too

Called 10/31, seemed hesitant to accommodate my needs. Was promised a call back later that day after someone came back from lunch. Never received that call back. Had simple needs willing to try a new transmission shop out. After my experience over the phone I know it will not be this one.

These guys have excellent customer service and also can get the work performed in a very timely manner we had service vehicle that had a transmission issue and they got it repaired in less than 1 week which really does a lot for us to get that vehicle back in the field and working.
