They sell you item as non final sale but after the item is placed madewell sneakily changes sale to final. Madewell is an overpriced unethical brand. Do not shop here.

Very bad return experience. Just realized that the store at Santana row is closed, so I drove 40 mins to this store for return. I purchased multiple items online, but I used a wrong wrapping bag (wrapping bag is not required for return). The return instruction is to show the return label generated from the return conformation email, and it never says anything about the wrapping bag. However, when I returned it at the store, they only checked the wrapping bag label. They refused to check my return label or the item barcode after I told them I used a wrong wrapping bag. It wastes me 1.5 hours round-way and gas for this return.

Always love coming in to browse the latest casual clothing shoes and accessories! They always have great deals from sale and frequent discounts on full price items. Ample parking in various structures within Santana Row.

LOVE-LOVE-LOVVVE ALL JEANS & DRESSES HERE! I always loved this brand over the years, but they don’t fail with their new collections and styles this year! Not only do they have more inclusive sizing than many other woman’s jean stores but the customer service is ON POINT HERE! Employees go above and beyond to curate your experience and make it memorable. Definitely will be coming back to check out this winter styles. Super excited to see what’s in store!

High quality clothes. Lots of options and some of the best jeans on the market for women. They have a nice membership benefit and you get a $25 gift certificate on your birthday if you become a member (its free!). Definitely stop in and try on some of the clothes. The staff is always great and helps you find the perfect size very quickly.

Great store, bad customer service. Staff member attending dressing rooms was complaining about slow customers to customers waiting in line about their “pathetic need to take selfies all the time and post on social media”. As someone who works in retail, I understand the stress of the busy holiday rush. However, there is no excuse for insulting your own customers during this hectic season. Management needs to improve either customer service training or the implementation of current training in order to avoid this repugnant and distasteful behavior in the future.

Love Madewell, this one especially.if you get tired there is a couch area, that feels almost like living room at home, plus excellent selection and great sale section.

This location is smallish and there always yends to be a line yo check out. It's a newer location so maybe this will be ironed out as the spa e stabilizes.
