Maggie and Gina are amazing! They were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. They were very patient with us as we looked at multiple homes throughout the South Bay and gave us a lot of information to help us with our decision. It was clear that they always had our best interests in mind. They helped us find home under special circumstance and in a tight timeline. When we identified the home, the value of their services really shined. Not only did they negotiate a great price for our home but their team of inspection experts were able to pinpoint issues throughout the home that we would not have been aware of and helped us negotiate an even better deal with the seller. They provide valuable insight and continue to do so today. We highly recommend this team!

Maggie and Jaime are simply the best! My wife and I had the pleasure of working with them to buy our dream home, and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, they were proactive, patient, and professional, and we always felt like we were in good hands.

One thing that really stood out to us was how proactive they were about providing guidance through the whole process. They were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns, and they kept us updated on all the info we needed to know. We never felt left in the dark or unsure about what was happening.

Speaking of questions, Maggie and Jaime were always patient and willing to answer all of ours. We had a lot of them, too! But they never made us feel like we were a bother or that our questions were silly. They truly listened to us and gave us thoughtful, helpful answers.

Another thing that impressed us was their deep understanding of the area and housing market. They're clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and they were able to provide us with insights and advice that we wouldn't have gotten from anyone else. They even introduced us to reliable partners, like lenders and contractors, who were instrumental in helping us through the process.

But perhaps the best thing about Maggie and Jaime is that they didn't just disappear after the deal was closed. They generously offered support and help even after everything was said and done. That kind of personal touch is rare in any industry, and we appreciated it more than words can say.

Overall, my wife and I would love to work with Maggie and Jaime again in the future. They made what could have been a stressful and overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. We can't recommend them highly enough!

Sometimes, you not only get to work with one, but TWO, exceptional realtors on a transaction. Maggie Ding and Jamie Bly (Buyer Agents), were a SINCERE pleasure to work with, and from one agent to another, I feel, need to be recognized as TWO Outstanding Professionals in the industry. They are down to earth, extremely communicative, knowledgeable in the field and open to problem solving, which actually came into play on our transaction together. That said, “Team Work “ really does make a difference when helping clients achieve their purchase or sale of a home. My clients and I, deeply appreciated the camaraderie with them. If ever, you find yourselves interviewing either of these two beautiful and professional realtors for the job… Know, that you will be in VERY Good hands. CHEERS!

The home buying process is simply not fun. Currently, inventory is low. Interest rates are high. Demand in the South Bay is strong. These factors all create a very unpleasant experience for a first-time home buyer. My journey to buy a home was full of twists, turns, and despair but through it all, Maggie and Jaime were the gentle hands that kept my wife and me moving forward.

Their expertise, honesty, and Maggie's creative analogies to the dating scene made the whole process from initial home buying interest, to the search, to offers, and finally ESCROW digestible.

For me personally, Jaime and Maggie provided me the service and help I had hoped for. I do a lot of independent research and did not want a team that would be too "clingy. " I wanted someone who "respected my space" and yet added value and expertise as needed. This mutual respect led to a fruitful relationship in which I "popped the big question. " It ended up with me in tears as I finally got the response I had been hoping for: "Congratulations and congratulations to your buyers on their new home! "

My wife and I feel like we achieved our goal of squeezing out everything we could with our budget and ended up in the exact neighborhood we had always been eyeing.

To further emphasize the confidence I had with the squad, I never saw the house before the offer as I was out of town due to work for a lot of the process. Why did I have the courage to do that? Well, simply due to the homework I had previously done with Maggie and Jaime and my faith in them that they would not let me do anything stupid.

To them I crack open a bottle of bubbly and raise my glass. Cheers!

I can't say enough great things about Maggie and her team. I was outside of the state for most of the sale so I really needed a full service realtor. Maggie was on top of every aspect to make the experience as smooth as possible. She gets an A+ for communication as well due to regular updates on how things were progressing. I would call her again if I was buying or selling property in the LA area.

We are so happy we chose to work with Maggie, Gina, and the team to find our first home. We had been looking for awhile but didn't find anything we liked until about a year later. They were always checking in on us to find out what we like. When we decided to make an offer on a house, they guided us through the whole process and made it less daunting. What really stood out for us is that we had a difficult seller/seller's agent which made us second guess the house multiple times. They supported us through every step of the way during escrow and we never felt pressured to buy the house if it wasn't what we ultimately wanted. They were appropriately aggressive with the seller when we needed them to be and handled it better than we could imagine. They laid out all the options and left it to us to decide how to proceed. They were available at all times, day and night and weekends. They answered all of our questions whenever they arose. We are now in a home that we loveee and it would not have been possible without them. We highly recommend them to anyone we know and would use them again if we needed.

Edited to add they have continued to be a great resource for us as we make some repairs on the house. Truly wonderful to work with!

Maggie and Jaime are amazing. As a first time buyer, I felt that they were incredibly patient and understanding. Now as a homeowner, I'm sad that I wont get to see/speak to them all the time.: (

Here are just some of the reasons why I love them and the entire team:
1) They were so thorough! Whether it was scheduling the inspections or recapping everything for me, they never missed a beat.
2) My work schedule is challenging so they were super flexible and accommodating.
3) They took the time to listen and get to know me.
4) They made this process fun! I felt like I was hanging out with my girlfriends when we saw homes, sat through inspections, etc.
5) They're just plain awesome.

Maggie and her team are incredible! My wife and I have zero real estate background whatsoever and were out of our element when it came to purchasing our first home. We’ve been hearing all sorts of advice from different people, but it all felt so inundating. However, when we first met with Maggie, she was very sincere, straight forward and steered us on the right course from the get go.

Maggie works with an amazing team and we also had the pleasure to work with Gina.

Both of them gave us great advice in what to look for in a first time home, as well as what to think about for in the future. Through every step of the process, Maggie and Gina were always answering our texts, calls, emails and questions. They were constantly updating us and even reassured us when we felt overwhelmed and anxious. They are always well prepared, organized and to top it off, they are very personable. If there is something that needs immediate attention, they also have tons of resources from contractors, inspectors and movers.

The best things about Maggie and her team is that they will take care of you and they will have your back on everything. They were always professional and respectful in representing us to the sellers and their agent. And were even able to negotiate numerous sellers credits for us. Through it all, Maggie and Gina were always our advocate and we really can’t sing their praises enough! They really went above and beyond for us!

If you have the opportunity to work with Maggie and her team, I would highly recommend it. They are an invaluable team to work with!
