Really upset! Took my daughter to get her brows waxed and literally ripped her skin off too. Didn't realized it until we got home, we went back and they apologized but there was nothing they can do now. I'm a manager for a local business, I would've offered the money back, especially knowing I was at fault. But not everyone runs a business the same way. Highly disappointed. We will not be returning back.

They charged me for extra things I didn’t even ask for without telling me. I called the day before to see how much it was going to be to get what I wanted and once done, they charged me almost double that price. I would not recommend.

It's really the best nail place to get your nails done. This time I really didn't like the 49ers symbol that I had done next time Kim has to do it

I used to go here all the time to get my nails done. They hurt me and bad, I do have pictures I'll post as soon as possible. Ripped my nails off after I asked them to be soaked. Almost filed a law suit

This place is SO beyond dirty! Trash everywhere.the man who did my pedi burnt me with the water, didn't even do the pedicure correctly, and then cut my nails so short that they hurt. They don't use liners in the spas. They don't wear gloves. It looks like they haven't swept or mopped in weeks. And they don't sanitize their equipment after each person uses it. One of the techs also had his dirty feet all over the furniture and in the drying table! It was so disgusting! I won't ever go back to this place.

Terrible service, the male technician is incredibly rude and has an attitude. The place is filthy, empty McDonald's bags on the floor among other trash. The bathrooms are disgusting. Will never go back there.

This place is not where u wanna go I always been coming here since I was 15 I'm 24 years old so I called yesterday for a appointment I came in the next day they did me I asked for a full and a full set she was about to polish my feet without doing my fill then they got made because I asked how you don't know how to take off the polish Off my feet and they got mad and said they wasn't gonna do my nails anymore so they said they will just finish my toes

This is my new nail salon. My nails never come off or break, not in the past 5 months. I believe this is a family owned business. They are nice people. I haven't had to wait long. The prices seem reasonable to me. I don't plan on looking for any other place to go.

Phong does amazing work. He is very gentle and able to work on even the shortest nails. He takes the time to listen to your requests and can do so many different styles.

About a week and a half ago I got my nails done at this place. Beautifully done, The paint job was even and so was the coffin design. A week later they started falling off and the gel bubbled up and got sticky.
