I live out of area & wished a delivery sent to a friend. I am so impressed with this florist and especially Brittany. Great customer service. My friend was so surprised & pleased. Additionally she was delighted at the comments she received about the flowers from everyone who visited. Staff & guests. Brittany made a return customer here.

I ordered here on Mother’s Day last year and it was a very pleasant experience. However this time I spoke with the owner and she was very rude and unprofessional. If she wasn’t the owner I would have just asked to speak with someone else to place the order. Every complaint on yelp is about the owner being rude. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone again.

Ordered online through teleflora and the owner contacted me to let me know what I ordered may not have been what I thought. She was right, and she built a beautiful display within my budget and delivered on time. It was beautiful and well done, and I very much appreciate the personal service to help me and correct my mistake instead of just delivering! Will definitely use again!
