Horrible customer support and service, been calling for a month and either it goes straight to voicemail saying they aren't open or at lunch all the time and when call goes through you are put on a hold for over 30 minutes.finally got to speak to someone today and she put me on a hold right away.when she comes back says have appointment for november? Really? November? Yeah okay.good luck running your business this way.

The worst place I've ever seen.the assistants are the worst part, they never answer the calls and the customer service is the worst, I do not recommend it

No time commitment. Every time, we wait for around 90 mins or 2 hours after our appointment time. Even if we can before it by a long time. This is the first time to see this setup to wait for undefined time with no clarity or justification!

Very good follow up and care throughout pregnancy phase and extremely professional at deliveries.

The place is located in a safe area near every thing you need, the Doctors especially Dr Hesham Al mokadem is proffessional and experienced, wheather C-section or natural delivery

Im so grateful I chose Dr Mokadem as my Dr.
He was very informative and very supportive, my recovery after c section was great and my scar barely shows. All receptionist at all 3 clinics were professional and helpful.
I have to say it was a great 1st pregnancy and delivery experience.

Worst customer service you can ever get at any medical office, the two ladies works in the front will make sure to stress you out before seeing the doctor, I’ll definitely not recommend this place
