Long time buyer at Lexus of Steven's Creek. So I naturally brought my cars for service there. I know it's different by advisors but damn, I've gotten trash service every time. So I reached out to James at Fremont Lexus. Day and night. He is friendly and courteous. On time (usually faster than quoted) service and I've had 0 problems so far. Now I will lease/buy next Lexus here.
Service and customer care are at top of line, you can always get a satisfied answer if you are serious to purchase. Very thankful to the team especially to Bruce Z and Gabe H.
I purchased a pre-owned 2019 NX300 FSport on Friday, Mar 26th, 2021.
A slogan is a tagline that describes and represents a brand.it's one of the first impressions businesses make on consumers.
I am a first time Lexus owner and not only did I "Experience Amazing" from the design of the 2019 NX300 FSport (interior/exterior) - the
" (Relentless) Pursuit of Perfection" with regards to the performance, technology, and most importantly the safety systems/features available.their slogan (s) captured all in few, carefully selected words.
Car Buying Experience - originally I wanted to try-out online car shopping through Carvana, Vroom, etc. ; however, I experienced misleading information about their cars, often cannot get decent photos, it will take several weeks, no face-to-face interaction, and most importantly, concerns about post-sales service/support.
Lexus of Fremont Sales Team Members were professional, reasonable, transparent, and extremely knowledgeable. I would like to commend Don Diep, Gabe Hernandez for their support/assistance and patience throughout the entire sales process.
In addition, F&I quite often gets a lot of negative publicity as if they're public enemy No. 1. I would like to commend Phil for his patience, transparency, and his professionalism - being able to adjust his communication style to meet the audience's needs.
Lastly, after purchasing the vehicle and prior to leaving the dealership, I was impressed with the arrangements made by Lexus of Fremont to have a one-on-one 'technology' session with Connor ("The Techie") who walked me through patiently about the features of the 2019 NX300 FSport.

Simple drop off. Quick turn around for loaner vehicle-which was quite posh. Done well and in a timely manner. Felt safe and clean and secure.
Very crowded, a bit hectic when I arrived for my appointment for a test drive. My sales advisor spent a lot of time with me looking at several vehicles and I drove 2 before I settled on one. I made a good offer, well below MSRP, and it was accepted.
I felt I was treated fairly.
Excellent service. I was told the service would be completed in one hour forty five minutes. They were right on time. I’ve been having all of my service done at Lexus Fremont for the past four years. I’ve never had a problem.
They need to pay for their remodel by gouging the prices. It's a nice facility, but the cars are overpriced. Not negotiable, it's under American, oh yeah!
Everyone was friendly and created a relationship that was build on trust. They truly listened to our needs, not pushy, and very interested in building a long term relationship. We will definitely buy another car from them in the future and have told many of our friends how great the dealership treated us. We will be sending many referrals to Magnussen Lexus.
Terrible Customer Service. We scheduled an appointment to look at a specific car and was assured the car would be held for us as we were traveling from out of town only to receive a text message shortly before showing up at the dealer that the car was just sold. The dealership wont take phone calls and sent another text stating their entire phone system is down and can’t communicate.
Smooth as can be. I sent in a request for information online about a used car. Received an email from Gabe Hernandez right away. We chatted and I came in a few hours later for a test drive. We then settled on a price and I left a short time after that with the keys. They even had a massage chair to sit in while the paperwork was being finalized. I truly appreciate Gabe's professionalism and would definitely work with him again.
I was completely happy about the service of my Lexus. I was regularly updated about the service and how long it is going to take. I would recommend them to all my friends and would go here every time to get my Lexus serviced.
Gabe Hernandez was an exceptional sales person. Gabe worked with me through the sales process. He was very professional, kept me updated with the sales process, checked on us whenever he had to step away from us for awhile, and negotiated some extra perks from our side. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Also, I will definitely use Magnussen Lexus Fremont and Gabe again when I shop for my third Lexus.

They sold me a 2009 used Toyota Corolla 96000 miles with 7800 dollars. But after I drive less than 2500 miles, the engine start leaking oil and they refuse to repair that. It cost me 2400 dollars to fix that.
We have been very happy with Magnussen Lexus over the years. In fact, we drive to Fremont (15 miles away) to buy and service our cars when there is a Lexus dealer 3 miles from our home. The service department is very professional. They are always quick to get our cars serviced. Luckily we have never had to have major work done on our cars. One of our RX’s now has 150K miles and still runs like the day we got it!
This is the 2nd time we’ve had the pleasure of working with Fred and he is honestly the best. Fred is honest, easy to work with and a true partner when it came to finding us the perfect car for our lifestyle and a budget.
