Really great sandwiches. Sad that I have driven past this place for years and never stopped before now that I know what I've been missing! Even picked up some pig ears for the dogs and they approved, too.

Can't praise this place enough! The bacon! OMG the bacon! Of you want amazing smoked meat this is the place! Note there can be a long line of people but be patient! It's so worth it!

Oh Gee, the sandwiches here are great! We were heading back from Carson City and got to Bishop which is the biggest town until Adelanto. Decided to take a chance in a local shop and we're
super glad we did. When I got home I ordered some of their jerky too and it's fantastic!

Absolutely the place to visit in Bishop Ca for smoked meat and deli sandwiches. Staff is amazing.

We've stopped by on our way to and from Mammoth for years. It's always wonderful. The jerky is incredible and so is the deli. The Buffalo jerky is my favorite and I always pick up plenty so I have some at home.

They have all kinds of jerky and smoked meats. I got several different kinds of jerky as I couldn't decide on just one. It's a little pricey but worth it. Stop by if your in the bishop area.

Excellent sandwiches loaded with meat. The Capone and the Cuban are our favorites.
The double smoked bacon and chicken from the deli are also great, as well as a staggering assortment of jerky.
Highly recommended!

Not the cheapest place around, but they make the best sandwiches and breakfast burritos. Their bacon is the best you've ever had, and I'm told they make good hams as well. Check em out!

The freshly made sandwiches are awesome! I had the deli club and my friend had a California cuban that we're perfect! The rest of the smoked meats and fresh meats looked great and our cashier was super cute.

Mahogany Smoked Meats is a great place to stock up for your outdoor adventures. The price per ounce is actually a great deal when compared to packaged store bought brands. Great service friendly staff and great food!

Cant beat the meat but they could improve on their friendliness! Samples should be given will enthusiasm, some conversation or at least a smile. Sheesh!

Heard about their jerky. Good, but expensive. I'll get regular store bought, mass produced super tough jerky for a quarter the price and use the extra money to buy enough beer to wash it down with.
But I do want to go back to try their deli sandwiches

This is a must stop place on the way to Mammoth. We've been stopping there for over 30 years. Jerky taste and variety are excellent. Something for every taste. Beef, turkey, brisket and bison. The other smoked meats, sausages, bacon and cheeses have all been great. They now have a sandwich shop too. Haven't tried it yet but it is always busy. Meats and Jerky are not cheap, but quality never is. Highly recommend. Have and will return!

Stopped by this past Sunday after a week of backpacking in the Slough. Bought 8 different types of jerky in 1/4 pound bags.non better and the service was way above and beyond helpful.

Great Jerky, Smoked Bacon, Sausages, and Salami plus a place for sandwiches, they also sell other meats, cheeses jams, honey and other foods! A must on your visit to Bishop California.

If it was once breathing you can bet these people have got ahold of it and put it in the smokehouse for your pleasure. The deli is great and the jerky is the best. Rv parking available. Customer service is excellent, don't change a thing.

Delicious build yourself breakfast burrito. All kinds of homemade jerky and smoked meats. Nice small general store too.
