3Giving this a 2 only because it’s close by my home. Not the best customer service. And the price I paid for a fax was ridiculous. Never again!
Been in a few times recently and will no longer be going here. Take your business elsewhere the people at the counter are rude. I’ll be going to the other mailing place by Walmart. Here you don’t get a greeting, or good service especially by the man behind the counter. Started mailing my envelope then went and attended two other people that came in after me and had me waiting. Luckily they’re not the only ones in town so I can go elsewhere. They need to learn some customer service skills at this place.
Excellent service, friendly workers, knowledgeable and thorough. Great selection of gift ideas also. I highly recommend this business.
