Combos don’t come with a drink which is weird. Prices are decent. Food is insane though. Fries are airy, crispy and seasoned well. Chicken was perfectly spicy and crunchy. Would come again

Food is fantastic! Dark meat chicken sandwich is the bomb but no place to wash hands because owner closed restroom to public. Sign said closed due to tagging and vandalism. Terrible but that’s part of doing business in California. Owner should reconsider this policy. Lumping all customers as potential vandals is dumb and creates an us against them atmosphere.

Food is good but I went when it was empty and it took more than 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Next time I won’t tip up front because they did not deserve one

Ordered a mild chicken sandwich through grubhub and it was hot for me so next time I'll get it naked but it was moist and very good.

The cashier made an honest mistake (someone accidentally took our order). She was apologetic, kind and took responsibility. She resolved the issue quickly. The food turned out great, as always. Main Chick is a family favorite.

Only negative is that it (and Everything) is too expensive these days. I wish they had a few more coupons to help save. 10% is not much off.

Touched gum under the table so I told the girl up front & asked to wash my hands, she smirked at me & told me the bathroom was for employees only and that she couldn’t help me. After I was walking away, she started laughing, loudly. WORST customer service ever. Don’t go here. Plenty of other places in San Diego that have better chicken with cleanier environments.

Avoid this location by all means if possible. Frequently dirty to the point of unsanitary conditions, bathroom regularly without soap. Customer service, prices and store policy depend on who ever is working and how they feel, and the cook Jose is particularly rude, unprofessional and confrontational with guests. I will not be returning again.

I had the spicy 2 leg n thigh combo. The chicken is really good. It was to much food to eat in one sitting. Will go back there again

We’ve been searching for the best fried chicken in SD and this one ranks pretty highly! The chicken & spice are delicious, the fries are crispy and have a nice spice on them as well. Lastly, the pickles are crisp & are just the right dill flavor to complement the chicken & fries.

Get the spicy chicken sandwich I do a medium on the heat it's just right for me and I love spicy foods so if u can't handle go light.

Dropped by after a long day at ComicCon. Spotted this spot after realizing I took the wrong trolling. Glad I did, this spot surprised me with an amazing meal. I thought it would be good but it is above and beyond what I would have imagined. That or maybe I was really hungry after a long day. Either way it is delicious and satisfying. The staff was helpful and friendly. Speedy turn around time from ordering. Did not have to wait long. Bring a friend or a family. Have a feast and indulge with fulfillment for the heart and definitely your belly.

These chicken sammiches and tenders are bomb! If you go for spicy, they heavily season it for you and it is hot for sure. If you want the hottest they offer - Supreme - they ask you to sign a waiver.
They also generously dust the seasoned fries. You’ll want a moist towelette or lots of napkins lol
Small dining area but clean and neat in appearance. Very popular; lots of people run in to snag their boxed take-out order.
Great service and the food is prepared fast.

Good food. Not welcoming at all. Need to teach your people how to smile and welcome customers. I probably won't be back.

We’re visiting from Denver and stumbled across this place on our way to the airport, and it’s AMAZING! Great food and flavor! Well seasoned chicken!

The seasoned fries were of good quality. The chicken was large in size, but slightly overpriced.

Whoever was the server working on 6/28/2023 at exacly 7: 07 had absolutely terrible service. Disrepectful attitude through the entire purchase of my food. I could go to McDonalds get better service and get cheaper food.point being dont come here if u want to be respected

Good food but terrible service, whoever was working 6/28 in the evening was so disrespectful giving us attitude and making rude gestures at people.didn’t end up giving me napkins, sauces, or utensils.when the food was ready she threw the bag towards me.i think her name was savannah.wouldn’t go again, at least not to this location.

Drunk ordered the chicken sandwich combo on my way back home last, it brought be back to life. Woke up this morning thinking about how much it slapped. Absolutely delicious

She / he just told me I have to bring my order untouched, when I obviously had to open it! Which clearly made no sense and then they were extremely rude
