Over hyped and over priced. Location being treated as cash cow by restaurants and city too.

Very vibrant place. Lots of coffee shops, food places. Lovely place to spend time in evening

You will never find parking and and there is parking security asking you to leave the property if you can’t find parking and if you have put parking lights.

There is no 10 mins pickup parking spot as well.

Honestly I would avoid the place to the level of arrogance the parking security has

The only modern place with downtown vibes in Cupertino. Great choice of restaurants and coffee shops. There are some commercial offices, a Marriott hotel and residences. Eureka, Pizza My Heart and Lazy dog are two large chain restaurants. I really good place to hang out for a coffee and try lunch or dinner at one of these lovely places.

Driving distance and nice to be helpful for to work and walking around. And eat lunch or dinner for a break from the car and depends where you want to park.
