Major League Pest, Vista CA

Angel, our service provider, seems to do a very professional service. He helped eliminate the ant problem we had and I don’t see many spiders around. The wet weather has brought out a lot of snails but I’m manually removing them as I see them. I hope MLP keeps up the good work.

Used them for a termite inspection. They were very professional and checked thoroughly. Liked the Major League service so much I changed from my pest control provider.

Excellent quality inspection n quality service repairs by professional young men. They made the process go smoothly n without obstacles. 2nd time using them n they don’t disappoint.

I like all of the above regarding Major League Pest. They recently "prepped" my house including repairs and replacement of faschia boards, outside rafters, etc, prior to tenting the house in order to eliminate termites. Their "prep" work was done, including new matching paint, (in less than five hours) on at least five different locations on the exterior of the house. Not only were they very professional and competent; just as importantly, they were very courteous, and responsive to all questions that I asked. I give them 5 Stars + with this review.

The people are very easy to work with; professional and friendly. Tony is getting rid of the rodents in my yard and in my neighbors yard.

The tech who came out was awesome! He was very through and wanted the job to be done correctly. He was very personable, professional and took pride in his work.

Major League Pest was able to come out and inspect my house and treat for termites when we had a very tight timeline. They found more dry rot damage than we expected because it was concealed and no one would have been able to tell it was there until they got into the job. They were very professional about it and were able to get it finished on time.

We were not there for the work. Major League did what they said they were going to and in a timely manner. They were responsive and communicated quickly.

What they quoted for service/price and what they initially did was different. They came back and made it right after I called the office. And that's ok. Mistakes are made and I applaud they were willing to make it right. Unfortunately, I am only giving two stars because the technician who came the first time, came back again and we got into a very heated argument about the earlier service he performed. This negative interaction wasn't necessary, was rude, upsetting and very unprofessional. I'm sure he wasn't happy he had to come back at the end of his day and I simply got the brunt of it.
***UPDATE: The office manager, Eddie, from Major League Pest called soon after I posted and we spoke for 25 minutes regarding the details of the incident. He deeply and sincerely apologized for what happened, made clear the integrity of the company and the importance of making sure customers are 100% satisfied with their service. Eddie went above and beyond the call of duty and made amends. I respect that in the company and the effort put forth to earn my business back.

Dan was awesome! I had another pest control company come to my home that I was selling. The home was only 5 years old. They said they found termites in two areas in the exterior facia. I was skeptical of their findings and called Major League Pest control for a second opinion. Dan spent 45 minutes at my home and did a thorough inspection and found no evidence of active termites or prior termite activity. Honestly and integrity is important and I feel Dan and his company come highly recommended. BBB rating is A+ and they have 30 years in the business.

Promised a report regarding every identification of pest found inside rental home. This was due to a parasitic skin issue. Nothing. Just a charge to my card. And the window for appt was 10-12, show up 1030, was gone by 1130. That's including time to see home.

Thanks! I'm getting worse and have more bites.
