Worst attempt agency ever. I applied for a job and they never contact me back with my background check. I waited 2 week but no update. But i found another better attempt agency, and started the next day.

Eduardo was very professional! The check-in experience was great and I recommend this center. The only minor problem was the noise outside the testing room. It would be nice if the employees could keep their voices at a minimum when clients are testing. I could have used noise-canceling headphones but I don't like them! Overall, great customer service!

My appointment was at 9am. 9: 10 and still no one at the office. I call them - "we're closed today, you should have received an email to reschedule". I got that email at 9: 41am that day, thanks for wasting my time!
