Malibu Beach RV Park

Tried to book a site at this very pricey RV resort. My husband and I have two dogs, one is a service dog of what they call a mixed breed, the other is a therapy dog and a Rottweiler. Both are certified with papers, the manager told us neither were allowed in the park. My husband explained it was against the law to refuse entrance of a service dog per the ADA act. Manager literally used the words I don't care I'm canceling your reservation. Very unprofessional, and definitely not dog friendly! Even by law.

Very nice place, a little bit expensive, but we are in Malibu, right.
So we pay for the site and the amazing views on the sea

Despite staying several years in the past we are no longer allowed to stay at this RV site because our RV is too old do to a policy issued this year (10-19 years are subject to managment review, 20 years are immediately refused despite the condition of your RV). The policy was not updated on the wesite and they said they would issue a refund but never sent the email. Hopefully they can manage to refund me the $400 dollars I paid them for 2 nights. In the past we've experienced other RVs being turned away at the door. They pick and choose who they allow at their site. I guess that the image they are trying to keep is more important than year's of loyal business. We have taken our business elsewhere despite the great views. To be honest, the beach accross has also gone downhill and the last time we stayed there was strong winds, no power, and when there was power the internet was spotty.

NEVER go to this place, "But why? "you might ask. These people think they own the water supplied by the city and didn't even let us refill our fresh water supply even if we pay them. If they invested in having their own water plant treatment it would make sense that they owned the water, but that's not the case and these people think they have the right to deny us. Horrible place

Gorgeous views and well worth the money. We booked the same day because we didn’t know where we would end up and so happy we did. The seafood place down the street was delicious. We can’t wait to hit the beach in the morning.

We stayed here in 2018. Absolutely beautiful, relaxing and well worth the price.
I wonder about the bad reviews. While staying there I overheard some complaints. Basically people who expected something for nothing, and you can't please those folks.
I'll be back for sure!

The location is superb however they are very strict like waking you up at 7: 30 because you missed a page on the paperwork and they don’t let Uber eats in so if you are parked far away, you have to walk all the way down and take your food up yourself.

Great location and views but WOW its EXPENSIVE. We treated our selves to this park for 3 days and the location is good, near the beach and about a 20 min drive to Venice, west la, 30 to Hollywood (factor in traffic). We had partial ocean view but it was still nice.

We paid almost $1000 for 3 nights which was too pricey

Great spot. Road noise balance by crashing surf overnight. Helpful, enthusiastic staff. Quiet after dark. Generous spot allowed us to park in the space since the overflow was full.

Malibu RV park was amazing. Even though they were going through renovations in the park, they strived to make our stay most accommodating Mike and Terry are amazing managers. Mike even helped set up my cable and I witnessed him helping another RV owner fix his water pump. Friendly, helpful and courteous. We will be back.

Great views, great dog walks, great beaches close by. Loved our 2 week stay. Hopefully we make it out to California again to stay again.

I didn't stay here but i worked here and had a terrible experience; very similar to what people who've stayed here have said.teri isn't the owner of the place but she thinks she is.her husband mike is a good guy but clearly doesn't wear the pants in the relationship so teri bosses him around.she manages the place like a dictator running a country and i'm pretty certain she has a personality disorder or some deep emotional issues from childhood trauma based on how she treats people.the park has an incredible view but i saw rats come out at night.i would never stay here just based on my experience dealing with the manager.

Parking is an issue have a bunch of homeless people walking by trying to ask for food and money have yo hike down to go in the beach
