I loved staying at Mama's BnB. Sarah was really nice and we even cooked together sometime. The place is well cared for and they are always around to answer any questions or concerns. They were very accommodating during my stay and even gave me suggestions on the best places to eat.

Hi everyone, i stayed in this special place 3 months. I say special because i always felt like i was at home. It is not just a regular place to stay. I never checked other places to stay after. The prices are perfect for the room because you have your own bathroom and your own mini fridge. And the kitchen is equipped just like a restaurant and you never wait in line to cook because its big enough. Besides those people especially Sarah and Philip are so warm and smiling, they are always there for your needs (bed linens, shampoo, coins for laundry, or even for conversation:)
Ps: in my imagination, its mama guest house because of Sarah. Once you met her then you will feel mama's hearth
+ you can park your car inside the gate ️
+ one of the most secure spot in LA ️

I had a very comfortable stay, its well furnished with WiFi and was very close to a grocery store and lots of different restaurants. I got to use the shared kitchen and cook several meals during my stay. From what I can tell they are not serving food right now during covid. Great personal service from the manager and their staff!

Such friendly and helpful hosts. Private bathroom in each room! Crazy low price for such a great location in Los Angeles. I believe that they are hosting short stays for about $80/night for a single guest but they also offer monthly stays for ≈ $1300!

Koreatown is amazing and the hosts have great food recommendations in the area!

This accommodation is a great place in many ways; super clean, quiet, elegant and recently remodeled. The air-conditioning and heating facilities are well-established.

The landlady here is very friendly and kind to welcome the guests, and always has food in the communal area. It's the best accommodation in LA Korean town.

This is a large house where every guest has a room with a bathroom. And 1 kitchen in the middle of the house. Also enough of parking space.
I booked through an aggregator website at first, but it is possible to book directly which might be better.

I highly reccomend staying here! The rooms and amenities offer an outstanding value. Gated parking, coffee in the morning and utilities are included. The rooms are nice and quiet. The kitchen is an industrial level kitchen with everything you need. Most importantly the management is incredibly hospitable and helpful. Philip and Kelly will definitely make you feel at home as well as provide any information you need about LA and koreatown. They also organize activities if guests are interested, like karaoke, eating at good restaraunts, hiking and more. Additionally, they frequently share food with guests as well! I'm definitely glad I chose chose stay here.

Depending on your needs, Mama BNB apartments have rental options to stay a few days, weeks or months.
The room I stayed in was impeccably clean and well maintained despite the building's old age. It had it's own private. There are room only options where the bathroom is shared between your room and one other room. The air-conditioning/heater in the room was very good, and quick.

The building is secured very well, and there are CCTV cameras along the halls, entries and exits.
Parking is available on site.

The location is a few minutes away to most locations in Central LA/Downtown. It's about a 10 minute drive to I-10 and about a 6 minute drive to the 101.

The owner is by far the friendliest and most communicative landlord I've had. He genuinely wants you to have the best stay.
I will definitely be back in the future.

I needed a place for a month and found Mama's guest house. It's cozy, and the manager and owner are both super friendly and knowledgeable. I felt safe and welcome, had some great food, and really enjoyed getting to know the other guests here as well as the local area (which was helped by plenty of tips from the manager). Thank you!

Amazing prices and rooms were nice spacious and host were kind. The kitchen was clean with pots and pans provided. Every room has its own private and sanitized bathroom. Great location with a variety of restaurants, movies theaters, bars and activities to do around the area. Plotted in the middle of LA and it was great for transitioning and observing the Los Angeles atmosphere and lifestyle!

I can't help coming in here again and again for cozy, clean, well-located in the core koreatown to move anywhere rapidly and ease atmosphere between guests which i think most important!
