Went into the mall around 1: 00 today (08/26/2023) and asked for a nose peircing, it went fine exept she pierced my nose with an EARRING! And she told me to clean it with rubbing alcohol and I can take it out after 2 weeks, feel like I got scammed and I do NOT recommend getting any peircings from there!

Ok Jewelry has got to be the very worst of the shops! I stood in front of 2 people working there for a very long time. Neither asked if they could help. After a Long AWKWARD wait. I walked away.

I've visited this place so many times as a kid all the way to my adult years. So many little stands from boots and cowboy fashion, a place o plan a quinceanera to buying gold. I believe they still do Gills for that smile. Lot of bargains if you shopping on a budget. Also a good walk through if strolling down Fulton street.

Have to stop by every time I go to downtown, one of the best 2nd hand stores in the mall called Bad Kids Club. They have pieces for anyone store filled with vintage and hype. The owners are a couple and they are super sweet and inviting in the store. I always leave with something when I go!

This Mall sucks especially OK Jewelers. I took my necklace for repairs and these crooks kept making excuses for my chain not being ready. The day I pick up the chain I notices that they had stolen gold off my chain. They will not give me a refund or explanation on my chain. Do not get your jewelry fix there. They are thieves.

I would rate a zero but it is not possible. I had the worst experience at OK jewelry. They have Bad service and they are thieves. Do not get your jewelry fixed there.
