I had an excellent experience as a high end residential interior designer working with the team at Mammoth. Everyone there is helpful, responsive, professional and they go the extra mile. Delivery team was careful and patient (not so much as a scratch while moving in a full 3 bedroom house worth of items). Office is organized, prompt and lovely to work with. Will use them again if we work in the area again & highly recommend.

Excellent service. The room was not empty, so the guys had to take two hours moving furniture and cleaning it. Moved in new furniture, took out all the crating, put felt on the bottom of the furniture, all pleasantly w/ a smile:)

Months ago I secured and paid UHaul - movers and a pod to be delivered to my son’s rental home in Isle Vista for move out after graduation. After waiting for 2 days for Uhaul to arrive and making numerous phone calls to them, I was unable to secure resolution. Desperate as we needed to vacate the property, I phoned Mammoth Movers and spoke to Walter. He immediately gathered a crew and within hours packed up my son’s belongings and secured them for storage. We are grateful for Walter and Ailee accommodating us in such short notice and during the busiest time of the year. I highly recommend Mammoth Movers and suggest to secure in advance!

We called Mammoth to schedule a last-minute packing job. Walter and Ailee helped us put the order together in no time and listened to all our needs and requests. On the day of the job, the movers showed up promptly and demonstrated an amazing degree of training and professionalism. Three hours later, the movers finished what would require us three days to pack. They carefully wrapped and labeled everything and helped move the boxes to the requested location to maximize floor space. Despite my initial worries about the company not being to take this job (because it is short-noticed during a very busy moving season), everyone we’ve talked to was super responsive, caring, and helpful. We had a positive experience and would consider working with Mammoth again.

They loaded my POD container. Extremely professional, organized and on-time. They came to my house in advance to do a walk through so everything went smoothly on moving day. Great job.

Mammoth Moving & Storage Inc.is absolutely amazing. They came in and did a job professionally and with ease that nobody else in town was willing to do. Basically, I had an old washer and dryer on the second floor of my condo that really needed replacing. I had been putting off replacing them, because I knew it would be a big job: The old ones needed to be disconnected, brought downstairs, and hauled away. The new ones were sitting in my living room because the delivery guys couldn’t bring them upstairs, due to the stairway banister needing to be removed; removing the banister would then give just enough space to bring the units up. I thought I had someone lined up to help, but when that didn’t work out, another company suggested that I call Mammoth Moving. So, after reading their great reviews, I called them at 8: 00am on a Thursday morning, and within a half hour they sent Todd out to assess the situation in-person and decide what kind of crew to send, etc. Todd was great and confirmed that they could do the job. Ashley and September were super helpful with getting everything scheduled, and by 12: 00pm that same day, Lauren Watson and Paul R.arrived and were professional, respectful, and knew exactly what they were doing. They quickly removed the banister, placed a rug runner on the stairs to protect my carpeting, and within an hour had the heavy, older units removed and out of the condo. Next, they brought the new units upstairs, installed them—which was above and beyond, and replaced the banister perfectly. I was prepared that there might be some paint or drywall to repair, but there wasn’t! They were careful with the walls, the carpets, and with the new appliances. They communicated clearly with each other every step of the way, because the job obviously required a lot of cooperation. I really can’t thank these guys enough. I had been postponing this work for awhile because I knew it would be hard to find people to do the whole job. I’m really grateful to Mammoth Moving for their hard work and professionalism.

At first I was a bit nervous working with this crew due to seemingly unorganized and working a bit on handshake deals until the set the system up to actually bill me. But in reality, they are a solid trustworthy crew that sticks to their word and are flexible. I highly recommend this crew! They did a great job packing up stuff and communicating to me the status of the situation they walked into that I was unable to access due to being multiple states away and helping my disabled uncle who had been brutally and irresponsibly evicted from his apartment he had lived in for 17 years. This crew handled the landlords for me while going in quickly to do their job and getting out and then stored the stuff safely and securely until I was able to retrieve the items.

Mammoth Moving was true to the promises made on their company logo: professional and courteous. The Mammoth team packed our entire household and special care was given to china and artwork. Not a single piece got damaged on the over 1000 mile trip to our new place. We thank Mammoth Moving for the excellent work!
