Trash all over the property, rude customer service, will not communicate over left baggage.

I left a professional camera bag containing thousands worth of equipment inside on a couch when I checked out. Customer service has been short and shown absolutely no effort in helping locate the items I use to work and provide for myself with. They charged me 30 dollars to file a left report and they won’t reach out to their cleaning crews. All that I got was a call 20 minutes after my card was charged stating that my equipment is not where I left it and that they will not do anything further.

Avoid at all cost.

Vacasa canceled my reservation 2 days before I arrived and refused to provide a refund. They did not respond to my emails or calls. Vacasa is a dishonest company.

They claim that the cancellation happened because a storm on Friday made the condo inaccessible. That is a lie. I drove into town on Sunday and no roads were closed and no chains required. Even if the storm was bad, why cancel the entire reservation instead of allowing me to use it one day later.

They charged me a cleaning fee even though I was never in the property. I am sure they will charge the next guest a cleaning fee too so they can make more money.

Do not trust this company.

Rented on Bear Court from Feb 2nd through 5th. Worst experience ever. Contacted Vacasa from 10 am Saturday to 5pm Saturday evening to let them know that 2 gentlemen on top of roof dropping loads of snow in driveway. Cleared driveway once with shovels on my own then paid someone to clear a second time and talked to men on roof. Despite my efforts every time we cleared the drive the men on the roof dropped loads of snow back onto driveway. No place for us to park and had continual difficulty getting in and out of the property throughout the day. By 5pm the driveway, despite being cleared by me twice was full of snow again. Finally got a manager who sent someone out to property but was told it was too late to do anything. He helped shovel a path to the house and told me to park car next to snow pile illegally as no place else to park. Woke up Sunday morning to buried car (snowing and some snow fell from pile in driveway) and blocked entrance to get out of house. Texted Vacasa explaining circumstances and asking for late check out and was told NO get out by 10am. No refund of any kind offered and no help despite my many attempts to contact Vacasa. Would never stay at a home managed by this company again.

There service super poor. Please don’t take rent any houses from them for vacation. Worst service ever in my life.
