Mance Buchanon Park, Oceanside CA

Love this HUGE park that has childrens play areas, picnic tables, sports areas, great walking path around the park, ample parking! Great place to walk your dog!

If you need a a place to clear your thoughts and silence the noise this is that place. You feel one with nature here. All the birds that you see and hear is amazing and it seems like there is endless trail you can walk on. People are friendly. Lots of families go here but still seems private. I recommend this place.

This park has great space and a ton of parking. That is until your kid wants to do soccer. Then it's all out war (not really) for a parking space.
Apart from that it has a great jungle gym in the center and walkway to get your steps in.

Great park for everyone. Its beautiful & fully equiptedfor all sports to b played fun solo riding your bike, jogging just to hang out & chill. Keep it clean. I try to pick up any trash I see. Really helps out community when u do a little job to save our earth of all trash & debris. I want to plant a tree here. I'll ask the city.

This is a really well maintained park. My son and I like to start here when riding our bike on the San Luis Rey bike path. On weekends, I always see families setting up for the day surrounding the playground, and also setting up for Birthdays. There is alot of open space to include sports fields. If you are looking for a park, this is a good one.

Went for a walk around the park with my friend. It's a beautiful park. The grass is so green. It's clean. The only thing I did like was that there's not enough tree's. There's hardly any shade. Other then that, it's a great place to bring the family, friends and BBQ have a party

Nice park. Access to the bike trail near the college entrance. Bathrooms near that entrance will occasionally see homeless people. The other bathroom is by the playground. Sometimes I wish the road went through by the school, other times it's nice having a section with no cars.

I like this park. There is something fir everyone. Thanks to Covid it, the city usually keeps the soap full in both bathrooms. There are sometimes sketchy peeps, but aren't we everywhere

Love the park by day it can be a little dark after hours city needs to do something about the lighting

Very well kept sports oriented Park. They still water the fields ️ wish they could fix the free bike pump. The attach point won't take all tire valves

Beautiful family park. Locals and OPD do a great job with keeping the "loitering" away and keeping it safe for our kids.

The kids love this park, has climbing, big rocks, swings, trails. It's clean and family friendly.

This is more a soccer field then a park. But it does have pick nic benches, a bathroom, & a playground.
