Great location, staff was great - friendly, helpful, thoughtful. Prices were reasonable for Kamping kabins, restrooms and community kitchens were cleaned and disinfected several times a day.

Not a good experience. Had the rudest possible neighbors (space 53 maybe 52) who even actually loudly exclaimed they should be quiet at 10pm still lacked the awareness to be quiet over an hour later (now 11: 40). Pretty nasty things they were comfortable talking about I might add, considering this is meant to be a family campground.

This place has a great dog park and attentive staff. As a heads up, there is beach access but the path does not allow dogs (path is a nature reserve). You'll have to drive but it's not far.

The cabins were nice and warm. The pool was nice. The only complaint I can think of was the bundles of wood were 8.50 for about 5 pieces of pine. I'd suggest bring your own wood if you have room.

Great KOA. Nice big spaces and plenty of amenities. COVID is having an impact but it is still a nice place ️. However the campground is not on the beach, but is about a mile away. Worth the stop!

We were disappointed that this wasn't on the beach or in sight of it. When we got over that, it was a great wooded campground! The sites weren't close together so you had a feeling of being alone. The bathrooms were individual and nice. The employees were friendly. The view was of trees. It ended up being a favorite!

We were told they were social distancing tent sites, they were not. We were told 6 people per site but if you are family of the store worker 20 + per site is ok. Our neighbors of the employees family let there children run around and scream at 530 in the morning and disturb everyone around them and it was also ok for them. The bathrooms were not cleaned often during the day. They messed up our reservations which we had paid a deposit on. It was a five hour drive and disappointing. We will never go here again and highly do not recommend. We were not allowed to book all our sites together for social distancing. But they were renting them all out no spacing. We complained, so did other families that were there. Staff had masks but not wearing them and no gloves. No hand sanitizing stations.

Best location, and the best people around. We love visiting Manchester. The owners are fantastic as well. Lots of fun activities for kids as well as a dog park for furry friends.

Clean facility with pool, beach access, laundromat, fire rings, RVs/cabins for rent, small fully-stocked store, clean showers/restrooms, and outdoor covered cooking area. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Dog friendly grounds (on a leash), with fenced-in dog park that includes tunnels, fresh water tubs with facets, a picnic bench, a few toys, and a separate area for small dogs.

Awesome KOA. Disc golf, bocce ball, horseshoes, and lots more. Friendly staff and felt perfectly fine during this whole covid thing.

I'd award the camp 5 stars had I known to expect that the beach itself was not pet-friendly. Part of the reason we chose this camp was its proximity to the beach. Never the less, staff were very sweet and kind. Facilities were excellent.and it really isn't their fault the beach is not pet friendly. Maybe I missed disclosure of that on the website? Not sure. Anyway! I did like hanging out between Point Arena and Manchester. Good little towns. My dogs and son loved the k9 kamp.

We loved our stay at the deluxe log cabin! The kids had tremendous fun on the loft. I for one loved the serenity and the woods. Will definitely return again! Thank you KOA! Merry Christmas️️

Very nice facility. Nice showers. Very helpful staff. I was having trouble with the electric supply inside my RV. BUD was wonderful. Helped me find the problem and got me electric outlets working. The best ever.

This is a very busy RV park north of San Francisco and south of Mendocino. It is well laid out and has all the amenities KOA parks are known for. The park is a mile from the beach which is not accessible. I would recommend getting reservations in early due the popularity for those living in the San Francisco Bay area.

Great place to go glamping. Pool, showers, community kitchen, arcade, store, and entertainment are some things to enjoy. Cabins and tent spots available. Beach is a half mile down the road.

This is the best KOA I have ever stayed at after about 9 years of camping with their campgrounds. Amazing scenery, great customer service and a beach less than a mile away. They have plenty of activities to keep you busy on the weekends

Really enjoyed our 3 day stay. This is a very nice campground and is not very busy at the end of October.
