Manchester Preserve Hiking Trails reviews
10 Beautiful trails, birds chirping everywhere. Decent amount of stairs. Rain cause some soil erosion, uneven and muddy spots.
Make sure to mark your way back because you might get lost.
Great little set of hiking trails. Adjacent areas to some of the trails are fenced off due to sensitive species being protected.
Lots of trails, kind of confusing but still fun. Cool rock stairs and neighborhood parking. Beware of rattlesnakes though!
Great place for short hikes, dog walk, and if you know the righ spot to watch the sunset. Watchout for the rattlesnakes and coyotes.
Small wild area, short hikes but a couple nice, steep, staired hillsides for some challenge. Somewhat sparsely used, amazing to find this small pocket of wild in this dense burg. And with so many endangered species.
Civilization intrudes, I'm afraid: at no point can one lose sight of the houses and the overhead wires are omnipresent. But still, it is nature!
What a great trail. All the trails are well-maintained and clean. I was surprised how few people were walking on the trails for a Sunday early afternoon. Not a lot of trails around here that are not crowded. I highly suggest this trail.
Nice open space/ preserve. Well maintained trails covering varied terrain through coastal chaparral.
First time exploring the Manchester Preserve and would definitely recommend. Lots of routes and very well maintained. Easy to medium difficulty. Bring a hat and sunscreen, and water; it gets sunny!
