We had a fantastic purchasing experience with Nina, the showroom was significantly better stocked compared to competitors and had by far the best pricing. We were looking for our next investment mattress and have been so impressed with the Beautyrest Black mattress we purchased from the store. Thank you for a wonderful mattress!

We just bought a house and needed to make a decision so we came here and I’m so happy we had Nina taking care of us. She truly cares about her customers and is SO knowledgeable about each mattress. I kind of only want to buy mattresses from her bc I felt like I was making such an informed decision. We got a tempurpedic and I stumbled upon a cabinet Murphy bed we got for our guest house. 10/10 experience- Nina is the best.

Rude sales people. Why the condescension when asking for information on mattresses? Aren't you supposed to be selling these things and helping the customer find what they need?

Staff was very nice, but the truck brought the wrong base. And then brought the wrong base *again* the 2nd day and the wrong size mattress cover. We're waiting to see how the 3rd try goes.

I ordered a couple of pillows and it took more than a month to get them. Then they were not what I ordered. Not very good customer service.

We were sitting at about a 4 until the sales person became rude and pushy when we said we needed to think about the purchase, and which base we wanted. Talking in the thousands $$ here. I don't think we were out of line to say we needed to go home and talk about it. And I was exhausted. No way I was making that decision on the spot. They lost our sale because of her behaviour.

Worst experience I have ever had buying anything at all. If you want to buy a bed, go to Mattress Firm, or directly to the manufacturer. Especially if your a veteran with disabilities, like myself, save yourself the rage/ frustration and go with a company that isn't going to pretend like they saved you all the money in the world and then stiff you on the product and tell you to pick something you didn't like or want.

Let me lead by saying I am a disabled Marine Corp Veteran. I went to Mancini's Sleepworld Capitola, for the MEMORIAL day weekend. I met Nina who is nice, and helped us. I tried EVERY BED on the floor, because I want to make sure I get what I need. I have sever back pain, and joint pain. When I finally found a mattress I liked, my girlfriend and myself purchased the order, and requested delivery for JUNE 8th.

Nina claimed she got me a HUGE discount, but really they threw in the box spring free.what a deal (like 100 bucks and not much of a deal)! With some cheap sheets on the side, what ever back up sheets right? It was told that it would arrive JUNE 3rd and be deliverable JUNE 5th. Perfect!

Let me just add here, it makes me sick, these people acting like their having a big sale for Memorial day, a day of sorrow for those who have given their max for the land and air we breath freely, and the only deal they give you is a free box spring under your 1000 dollar bed, which shouldn't even be sold separately! Nina tried to SNAP at me for giving me this MIRACULOUS deal when I called her out on lying to be about the delivery dates. Which she said she didn't do, even though if you go watch the cameras that day, you will see and hear otherwise. Considering the DAY we ordered the bed was the same DAY we scheduled the delivery.

Fast forward to JUNE 7th, we go back to confirm and issue a final payment on the product. Low and behold, THE BED HASN'T ARRIVED. But wait, when were we going to be notified of the delay? ! No email, no phone call, nothing. We were MOVING from one city to another, and this was supposed to be timed with the move IN! So whats the solution? JULY 4th, is the date i get. Wait!? So Independence day, is the day I'm going to get my bed? That's a WHOLE month PAST the date I was given and gave! No swap, no added discount. A "promise" that i would pay 100 less. DESTESTFULLY i say FINE, ill wait. I had to PAY to have my old bed with its destroyed box spring brought to my new place, even though it was not the right fit and hasn't been helping with my back pain at all. I rarely get a full nights rest, and I haven't at all since. Maybe 4 hours of sleep total, i use a Samsung galaxy smart watch, that tracks the data for me.

Fast forward again, 2 weeks later. To today. 6/21/19. I get a phone call from Nina, telling me YET AGAIN, my bed is going to be pushed back till JULY 17th. Her solution, is that I come in and pick a bed, even of higher value, and at no extra cost be the bed I get. Let me rewind to the part where I laid on every bed in the store, on the floor, to make sure I picked the bed that would best suit me for my disabilities. This is acceptable if I hadn't already done this, and taking another bed in replacement for this would put me exactly where i am now. Uncomfortable with something I don't want and didn't pay for. Thanks, but I assure you, this is the WORST experience and I do NOT recommend you buy something that wont show up for 2 months after you order it.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!

Edit: A local manager contacted me at around 2: 45 pm 6-21-19 offering me a bed someone used and didn't want, or a bed that was a floor model. This was a direct response to my post here, he said so, and yet no added discounts or anything useful towards my CURRENT order, just USED beds for a discount (woohoo). I really would like what I ordered and nothing else, and it seems cheesy to call me and then tell me that your willing to get me a used bed with a discount (120 days of another couple sleeping there), why not just a REAL deal on my current bed that's is delayed 2 months as is. Good times for sure.
