Went in to purchase a new bed for my elderly father. Looking for adjustable and ultra firm mattress. He did have a mattress that he liked but was told by another mattress company they don’t make it but we just found that Mancini can special order he mattress. Most places have king, queen and twins but we needed a full. Felt extremely lucky and the manager was awesome in h losing us set up the deal.

Excellent service! We discussed with them all our needs including firmness, pressure points, mattress duration, etc.they patiently showed us options throughout the showroom, and also gave us enough time alone to try out the mattresses.

Felipe, our sales guy, was very attentive, listened to what we wanted and offered several options. This was a breath of fresh air after the experience we had down the street at Mattress Firm. All our questions were answered, even when we threw curves about customization. We were so happy with his low key but professional manner that we bought on the spot. Delivery was very fast (two days) and the delivery folks were punctual, efficient, and polite. Who would have thought buying a bed would be such a pleasant experience, but it truly was!
