Mancini's Sleepworld San Jose

I was very happy with my last mattress so I went on their website and was immediately helped with a live person via online chat. They quickly found the mattress I was looking for and arranged a quote for me. Super quick and super easy. They were willing to work with me on delivery and gave me a return customer discount without me even asking.

Mike & Ty were very helpful when I visited the store. It's during Covid annd they were very cautious to be sure they were wearing their masks and keeping social distanced even when in person service is needed. Mike provided a lot of insight and information on what my options were, which was extremely helpful. He ran the numbers and I am now waiting for my new mattress & power base to arrive. It's always wonderful working with Mancini's.

The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, especially ours, R. G. The service is too good to be true. We had to exchange the mattress we bought for a different size, due to our own mistake, but they handled everything for us!

If you want top quality mattress with best service, go for it:)

It's been a little over a week now since I've purchased my mattress/adjustable bed frame, and I can honestly say that this is one of the best investments I have ever made. Searched a few other mattress stores before going to this Mancini's and this store has the most selection in the San Jose/Santa Clara/Milpitas area. The prices are good and mattress quality is excellent. Markus is amazing - he was polite, gave me time on my own to try the mattresses while still being within range of asking questions (after going through a few other stores where employees awkwardly stare at you and either wait in silence/try to make small talk/really try to push you to buy something while you lay on the mattresses, this was MUCH appreciated), and helped me find the perfect bed. Got my bed delivered, set up, and took out my old mattress 2 days after ordering.

TL;DR: Markus is awesome. My new bed is awesome. I can now sleep in peace.

Check and confirm everything before you leave the store. The sales receipt only has the model numbers, no descriptions, which can be different from what you want.

Don’t go there asking for advice. That’s what I did and after asking me to wait for him to finish something (no problem with that), this man went and helped people arrived after me.

Wasn't planning on buying a new bed, but they were helpful and really worked on getting me a good price, without pressure.

Terrible staff and customer service. Go anywhere but this place. Couldn't get order right twice. Buyer beware

We just purchased our 2nd matress from this location. Always easy to make a decision. They show you mattresses fitting your firmness needs and price range. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Had a problem with a mattress a year after we bought it. Started to sag. Mancini's was great at communication and replacing it.

This is the second time I have purchased a bed from Mancini’s and I love that their sales people do not try to push expensive beds on you. I got a GREAT deal on a spare bedroom bed and it’s super comfortable too! The delivery/setup guys were fast too!

Got my new bed here. The sales guy wasn't too salesy and didn't push. If you haven't got a new bed in a while, go check them out. WOW! The bed I bought, its an adjustable!

They were so helpful and flexible with us. They found an affordable, high quality mattress for my son and delivered on time. I will definitely work with them again. And the mattress is really good quality for the price.

Overall a good experience. Salesman was a good negotiator. Knew full well that if I left the store I wouldn’t be coming back. Delivery guys were friendly, hardworking and professional. I would recommend. Only negative, the sales desk was a disaster with empty food plates, leftover food and open bags of chips.

Beautiful experience. Eric provided wonderful customer service. Knowledgeable, very helpful and patient with my 92 year old Mom. Much easier than I expected.
