Great place, bought two mattresses from here. They help you find what you want, not what they want to force on you.

We met with Ruben yesterday and he was awesome! He was friendly and not pushy at all. We have been looking for a bed that hopefully will match us both after buying so many beds. Got a great deal for the bed and got it delivered the same day! We are crossing our fingers for this bed as well! Will definitely refer a friend or family to Ruben or anyone who needs to buy a bed.

Horrible customer service from a smarmy guy whom I later found out lied to me about the price of my mattress - a mattress that is only a few years old now and already shot. I was charged more than I was promised. Also, the delivery guys forgot the press board insets that go between the mattress and box spring, so when they brought them back they just left them at my door so I had to lift a huge mattress myself and maneuver these unwieldy things into place. Definitely not a trustworthy place, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Had to let everyone know how wonderful Mancini's is. My sister and I purchased Airloom beds from the store on Stevens Creek. The bed is AMAZING! The sales team couldn't have been better. Special shout out to our salesman Ken Ledsma. He was so knowledgeable and took the time to let us make sure we each had the best mattress for our needs. I have recommended this store to family and friends.

Never buy a mattress from this store. Neal and John are incredibly rude. And when you try to return a mattress under their return policy they try to make it impossible. I guess they don’t want to lose their commission. I would avoid Mancini’s altogether. I bought a Saatva mattress online site unseen. Saatva’s customer service was stellar and the mattress was more comfortable than Mancini‘s expensive Aireloom mattress at a fraction of the price. I guess Mancini’s doesn’t get it, mattress industry is changing and if they continue to treat customers like this they won’t have a business left.

Awesome customer service!

We first came to the branch along Winchester very close to Valley Fair but the employees there are more interested on their phones and provides very poor customer service.

I am glad that we came back here since we got a queen size bed from them last year. The minute we entered in this store, we were welcomed by the costumer service rep.and guided us through until we agreed on great deals that he offered! I forgot his name bit he is fantastic!

Rodney is the greatest guy. Felt like I've known him for years. Takes his time and makes sure you get the bed made just for you. Awesome!

Great customer service from Kevin! The selection is great and the prices are solid. I would recommend anyone who is in the market for a new mattress to check out this specific store! I’m excited about my new mattress!

We went there to browse and although haven't bought anything, I think the service is good. The person is not intrusive and let us look around but will check on us once in awhile

This store doesn't care after service. I purchased aireloom mattress with head manager Charles Collier one and half month ago and we were supposed to get Sheet Set as store complimentary. It didn't delivered when the mattress. I called to Brian to discuss about his issue and he really doesn't care about customer even he is really rude and they never called me back during one and half month to solve this issue. I finally visited to the store one week ago and met Charles Collier. He said he will call me by monday. They never call you back unless you call them and will not take care of you after you already spend money there. I called them today and talked with Brian. He basically doesn't care about this issue and they don't even know when they can get sheet set. I had to email to mattress company and 3rd party who works for sheets directly today. Wish somebody could care this issue.  
How rude and horrible service they provide after I spent $5,400 dollars.  
It doesn't worth to spend any penny for this type of service!

Great Selection and knowledgeable sales staff. Bought a Sealy memory foam bed and have slept like a baby ever since. Ask for Mike the manager he will guide you in the right direction. A+
